Talking Stick Golf Club - Piipaash Course

Overall, the course was well maintained and easy to access. The tee boxes and fairways were well watered and green. The greens were drier and the dirt harder than the rest of the course. The ball would frequently roll off the back of the green instead of biting. We had to aim for the ball to land prior to the green then hope it would hold on the greens. Pace of play was ok, but could have been better. The marshal should have sped up the group ahead, but just drove past them each time. The layout is flat and honestly, a bit boring. Felt like a well watered muni course.

Of all the courses we played in this area, I wouldn’t pick this one to play again.

First time here. Course plays long, greens were very firm and wouldn’t really hold a shot. But greens rolled nicely. Course was nicely cut and green considering it’s summer. Was a real hot day with a lot of players. Kudos to Scott for bringing water around a couple of times. Very nice cart lady too. Had a great talk with Harold & Rich in the Pro Shop, and Jim the starter got us out a little early. The grille afterward was excellent, especially the salmon glazed salad. Would play and eat here again. Thank you!

Talking stick is always a good summer course. Not many courses will be in better condition this time of year.

Great Marshall. A monsoon was brewing and the Marshall did a great job of letting us know what was ahead for us in terms of the storm. Very friendly staff from the club house to the cart barn to the bartender.

We were late 5 mins and were told we couldn’t play. Then, we were also told we don’t qualify for the tribal discount because we booked through a different party and had to submit it 3 days in advance. So don’t recommend this place, very poor customer service.

Great course! The pace of play was excellent. Love the open fairways.

Great pace of play, you get a lot of roll out of your ball, greens perfect

The greens were recently aerated and they did not roll very well. Very slow and bouncy! For $80+, I expected a better experience. Fairways were in good shape for this time of year. Sand traps were in good shape.

I have played this course before and really enjoyed it.

Course is great staff was awesome just wish they had some coolers out at the holes, cart girl only came by once and snack shack was closed by like 4

I appreciated the friendliness of all the staff and the forgiving course layout. A fun round for the money.

GolfNow doesn’t tell you they close their range at 1:30pm. was the only reason I booked this last minute round because it said practice balls included. Get there and can’t warm up? Pretty insane on a golf course not exactly charging cheap prices. I will say; I got a hot deal on golf now for 50 bucks, and that’s exactly what this course should be. If I paid 150 here I would be so upset
