Staff always friendly. The cart girl needs some training she was out of product could not understand why she would no go back and get what she was out of

Staff was great and course was in good condition due to over seeding. It was a rough course to play with cart path/rough only. The downside is the holes are not clearly marked. Most of the hole signs are broken off and if they are there they are faded. Somewhere around the 5th hole we moved to the back 9! This appeared to be a known issue when we mentioned at the cart return. I would play there again.

Greens: long and slow. Did have a disease but should have given us some money back.

Fairways: grass was too long and I thought I was hitting out of the rough.

Sand traps: unplayable

Rough: very wet and thick. They say they are not mowing the fairways so they should have time to mow the rough. In most areas the rough is nothing but dirt.

Staff: guy at the counter was very pleasant. Guy at the cart barn did not want to hear the truth about the course. He was very argumentative.

I do not recommend this course. It has continued to go Down hill. We will not play this course again. It is not worth the money.

Say it like it is: horrible cart paths so why do 90 degree? Dirt and dead grass or no grass every where so who cares right? Bunkers are full of rocks and hard and some muddy? Must not care as locals play here anyways. Fairways are fair and greens need work but playable and tee boxes are playable but need work.

Thought was in reasonable condition given just opening after overseeing season. Back nine seemed in better shape than front nine. All greens were in decent condition albeit slow. Told they were going to 90 degree Monday. We continue to like this course.

This course has a bad reputation. I'm not sure why. But it looks really good and they have taken a lot of care to make it better. A new hidden secret! Teebox, fairways and greens were in great shape.

Friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. The course is CPO and there was a very good Marshall enduring pace of play was maintained. Had a blast on this course and will play again!

The fairways are in good shape, but the rough is links length in spots and there’s a fungus on the greens that causes some big hops. The conditions cost our group at least a half dozen putts.

Pace of play is always a problem. You often have to wait to hit your next shot.

Played 5 days after opening from overseed Maint period. Fairways are in great shape, good upgrade to tee boxes, and greens are filling in nicely. Sand traps still need some work and not all ball wash units are functional. But overall, a good round of golf!

Overall good course, was cart path only but you expect that this time of the year. Pace of play was terrible. They were letting groups of 5 and 6 go out. With cart path only, that is ridiculous. I will play here again but when it’s not cart path only. Great lay out and the long par 5s over water really play to my slice lol

Opening day after over-seeding course was in beautiful condition. Probably the best value for the dollar in the Phoenix Metro area.

Course is nice and plays well on fairways but oh boy those greens were baaaaaaad. Worst greens I’ve ever played on before. Felt like every putt did not matter in terms of where to aim because it was gonna hit a bad patch of grass regardless and send the ball in a whole different direction. Until green conditions improve i will not be going to this course again.

I love this course because of its layout and the awesome greens fees. I would gladly pay more to play here if it meant resurrecting this course to its former greatness. I was happy to see the tee boxes have just been renovated. One of the best course designs in the west valley but needs a lot of work.
