Hole 4 and beyond beware of the water hazards. If you keep out of the water you can put together a nice score for a 20 or higher handicap player.

course needs work, as usual. Would be a very nice course if they would take care of it. Greens are tough.

We had a 7:10 AM teatime and expected a good pace. The group in front of us was at least three holes behind. And the course Marshall is nothing. Way too slow for the third group out. Otherwise, the course is fine.

Loved the layout of this course. Had some interesting challenges on every hole. Grounds could have been in better condition, maps on each tee box would be helpful. Carts were awesome

Yes your golfing, this course is a little hidden gem as it challenges your game with hitting good tee shot as if you don’t your creating obstacles that will add strokes. FIR are fairly easy as this course plays short so if you a long hitter blue I’d the way to go…some of the greens are drivable even from the blue. Good water features and friendly staff. Second time playing and will visit again as a secondary choice when needed.

Wonderful friendly staff. Played early afternoon on a very busy day, ready for 4 1/2 hr round. Well maintained practice area. Good value for this time of the year. Beautiful views from the back nine.

Impressed by course tee time management with the placement of a starter at the first tee box. Although “cart path only”, the rough on this course, play moved at a good pace. The back nine still has some wet and mud areas from the last storms and large patches of grass clippings. Definitely would play again in November when regular play resumes.

Greens so slow you need a driver instead of a Putter.maybe 7 or 8 on the stent.

I’ve played this course two times now. The course is always in pretty decent condition right now. They are cartpath only because of seating which is normal for the season so greens are super slow and fairway is like hitting in the first cut on all great golf course helps you dial-in on your irons as if you hit a bad first shot, you can always recover nicely. I would say this course is pretty forgiving with minimal at a balance, even with the water features they don’t come to play as a threat. Unless you’re like me and try to go for things you know you shouldn’t be doing.

I enjoy the layout, but conditions were still recovering from the overseed.

The fairways were decent, but no carts on fairways, so lots of walking.

Greens were long and bumpy, untouched from overseed, and very slow! So slow it was hard to adjust.

I know the course will improves as everything has a chance to grow, so might be well to wait 2-3 weeks, let them start cutting the greens.

4 of us played and we all enjoyed our game. The staff are lovely. This isn’t a great time to review course conditions ( reseeding) but we found it the course very playable and rough only carts wasn’t a big inconvenience.

To start off, the staff at the clubhouse was amazing, but after that nothing else was. During our play, we were constantly having to avoid the green’s keepers. They were constantly around the greens that we were playing on which made it hard to play without avoiding them. They wouldn’t move and were mowing around the greens that we were putting on. We felt that we were an inconvenience to them. The fairways and greens were very rough. Not a great time.

Hit the fairway to show up on hard panned dirt, bunkers were hard panned or mud, ball marks all over the greens. Greens rolled terribly

It's a nice course though I was a little surprised that playing on Labor Day there was no "Drink Cart" available on the course for the day, nor was there any cold water anywhere on the course. Little disappointed for sure.
