Located in the west valley, the golf course at Coyote Lakes Golf Club combines a desert landscape and traditional design with scenic views of the White Tank and Bradshaw Mountains. Although it is modest in length and suitable for all players, the course is still an enjoyable challenge for even advanced golfers. The front nine is more difficult than the back nine with large greens and several contours. The back nine is also challenging though with several notable holes. The fairways are undulating on both and water hazards come into play on several holes. Coyote Lakes Golf Club's signature hole is the 14th, a par-3 hole that requires a shot from an elevated tee to a green that is well protected by two sand bunkers and a lake to the left.

The recent rains really helped this course! It was in significantly better shape than a month ago.

nice course

coyote has always been a "go to" course. super nice people and decent conditions. pace of play needs to be improved-5 hour-ish round? although i had no where to go, it's always nice to limit the waiting times between holes and 4:15-4:30 shouldn't be asking too much. greens and fairways were decent, but tee boxes a little torn up. if they want to keep the rate above $100, not too much to ask for the aforementioned

i will always continue to play here and recommend to people with these caveats.

Coyote Lakes

The course is in pretty good shape. The practice areas are bad. They use foam practice balls at the range, no chipping area, but the practice green is great. Level changes and breaks.

The course is fairly narrow. Off line balls are lost. We started 20 minutes late and were instructed to wait for the group in front of us to clear the 1st green before teeing off. We waited on every shot starting on the 2nd tee. Felt like an 8 hour round.

I probably won’t go back.

Fun course but overpriced

I was quoted $90 each for two but when I got there the total cost was $220. They added a whole bunch of fees. Not good. Very unhappy with them.

Nice Course

The day I played with a friend was unusually slow—2 1/2 hours to play the front 9 and 3 hours the back 9. Not very enjoyable. No Ranger to speed up play. Usually, the pace of play is good.

Slow afternoon with great golf

No tea no shade - if you aren’t on the course before noon, it’s a snail’s pace. Loves the staff and overall course conditions. Super windy, which resulted in the ball flying muuuuuch farther than expected. Fairways narrow and it was a good challenge overall.

Coyote Lakes

This is the 3rd time my wife and I have played Coyote Lakes. Quite simply, we love playing here! My wife and I are both mid handicappers and really enjoy the layout of Coyote Lakes. We played Feb 2025 and course was in good shape. The greens were just a wee bit slow but very true. The layout is not easy for our level but it is no unfair. The staff is very friendly and the price of the round ($85 each with cart) If you are looking for a TPC experience, this is not it. If you are a mid handicapper who enjoys some challenge when playing, head to Coyote Lakes!!

Great course. Not exceptionally long, so played back tees. Layout, hazards, and greens were all challenging. Shot makers course if you are aggressive.
