Laguna Seca Golf - Enjoyable
Laguna Seca is a fun middle difficulty course. Conditions were typical for early season, with some seasonal maintenance on-going, but all holes fully open and playable. Greens and fairways were in good condition. Had no trouble getting a tee time and adjusted last minute to add a fourth without a problem. Pro shop personnel were friendly and helpful. Recommend.
Good Course
Call it the poor mans preserve or carmel valley ranch. Nice course with elevation gains. Pace of play is super slow specially since theres no Marshall out there. Carts are nice and fast, cart path needs work, 30% of the time youre going 4x4. Good deal if you can get a hot deal. Fyi its $20 to bring a spectator.
Nice overall
Overall a really good course, but their bunkers had so many rocks in there
This coarse was awesome
I like how I got a birdie on the 13th 50 yards out and there was a bob cat that came out it was so awesome and such a great experience out there with an awesome 1st time being there
Very fun track but greens need some love
Really enjoy the layout of this course. Lots of personality. But...the greens don't roll true. Too bumpy and too many scars. Please fix the greens!
Fall golf
Always enjoy course. Great staff and course is in good shape. Will be back again.
Should have a cart rate on golf now
I find it confusing that the course has a good rate and you arrive and find out it’s walking and $25 more to ride
Carts
Great day. Weather was amazing. Came on to book a time and all walking rates. You post a great price then sting you with the cart. Why not be transparent and pure cart rates.
Needs a little more TLC
Always wanted to play this course and finally got the chance. Number of holes were heavily seeded, which meant the fairways were not mowed and felt like the rough. So as long as you don't mind that, the greens are in good shape and waiting for you. The pace of play was good for us, so that was a plus!
Disappointed
Played for 1st time in years (25 yr history playing at least once a month) and course conditions were rough. Multiple dirt patches surrounding the greens, traps were dirt-like, tee boxes were mounded and greens were inconsistent! This was once a great course, but now needs A LOT of TLC.
Thumbs up
This course was very nice, the layout, condition of the course and staff were all very good. Only thing negative would be the pace of play, it's glacierly slow and the cart paths need some work. All in all it was a great day of golf. Thumbs up!
