Omni Amelia Island Resort - Ocean Links

We played in the afternoon and it was brilliant. There was a twosome in front of us that held us up at times but they were held up by a foursome so overall no complaints other than the shortness of the course. It's a par 70 and it's evident that it's set up for an older clientele but honestly it is one of the best golf courses I've ever played for the price. We paid $33 per person and for the price you CANNOT get any better. The greens were slower, but very consistent. The fairways, tee boxes, and any other grassy area were pristine.

Fun course though not long. The greens were slow and I suspect due to lack of rain and rear of burning. The layout is interesting and you can get lost but it is great playing by the ocean. I got a great rate which made me feel better since it is not worth >$100. Definitely will play again

The course was in decent shape the 5 holes on the beach were nice. The club caddy was very rude and very disrespectful so my interaction with him left a bad taste. If it wasn't for him I would probably return.

This has always been one of my favorite courses to play. There are some beautiful holes on the ocean and the holes that are not located on the ocean and beautiful also. This is a short course so it can play fairly easy. Staff is great and the course is always in great shape. If there is one downfall for this course it would be pace of play. Do not play this course if you are in a hurry. Play this course when you have plenty of time and want to take in a fun round with great views.

Just a great weather day. Played early and finished by lunch. Great blend of ocean, marsh and beautiful homes. Give it a try. You'll like it.

$40 for this course was a steal difficult track not very long but you have to control your golf ball or it can be a long day. The scenery is great and the weather was perfect,

I haven't played at the Plantation for many years. I saw that the rates were very low in the afternoon. A couple of my friends, and I, went out around 3 and the course had very few people on it. The greens and fairways were in great shape. For the value this is a steal.

This is a very nice course super narrow if you can't hit your driver straight keep it in the bag. I think it was getting overplayed when I was there conditions were not great. Glad I went through golfnow and not the course for my rate I would not pay anything north of 75 to play this course in its condition when I was there. I felt the Marsh side was way nice and better conditions.

expected a 5 star course, par 70, very short even from the tips and VERY tight built around a community. course conditions were poor with many dry and dirt areas on fairways.

confusing layout. being on a resort seemed to have random walkers on many holes which was frustrating.

island green #18 looks nicer from other hole, disappointing finish.

Difficult but interesting course, some excellent hole layouts, some a little unfair,but overall very good experience .

Early April round. Surprisingly firm and dry for this time of year. Enjoyed our round, would love to return later in the season as conditions improve. Good value for $55/ea. Everyone was friendly, pace was great. Would play here again.

Very fun and scenic track. Would come back and play again. The ocean holes are everything you would want with the title Ocean Links. Only issue is that the course is very stressed in certain areas. I would have given condition 2 stars but the greens were not too bad and rolling great
