Legacy Golf Club

From the first putt on the practice green it seemed like greens were back to their old shape from years back. Proud to say this carried through to the rest of the course. Such a great course, layout and with the greens in great shape, it is a must play!

Course had gone downhill a few years back. It is now back to close to its original maintenance level. Greens were very good.

Legacy has had a yoyo history to its conditions and playability. Luckily right now they are on a high side! The course is in the best shape I've seen it in for the last 12 years I've been playing there. The greens are rolling pretty nice, not screaming but not slow either. Fairways are in great shape and tee boxes are just fine.

It's one fo the few courses left that doesn't have GPS in the carts and thank god. I hate the GPS systems and geofencing on so many courses. So definitely a positive. Cart paths need replaced on many holes, be ready for a bumpy ride there. If they could speed the greens up a bit more they'd have a top notch facility.

Practice Area: Grass driving range and not hitting into a stupid lake. So all grass. You can really work a proper practice here that includes how the ball rolls out or stops. Decent wedge green with a couple of traps and a nice size practice green that typically rolls about the same as the course. There's a 2nd warm up green by the first tee that is hit or miss for speed.

Clubhouse is nice, food is decent, nothing to go nuts over.

Course overall was in great shape, the greens were rolling the best in the area. There were several dead spots in some of the fairways but all in all was a great challenging course.

The course is well kept and challenging with plenty of sand and water coming into play. Tee boxes, fairways and even the 1sr and 2nd cut are well groomed. Sadly the sky let loose with rain on our 3rd hole and although we attempted to play a few more holes the rain plus thunder and lightning ended our round. We enjoy this course and the only negative thing I can say is that when it does rain the cart paths become mini ponds in numerous places.

Great course, play Legacy 3-4!times a month. Couple spots were little dry but its that time of year. Greens rolled well.

The course was in above average shape. You could see where this was once really nice. This course could use some tree trimming and cart path maintenance which would be aesthetically pleasing. The greens have a chance to be really good but the fringes and areas around sand traps and hazards are irregularly maintained. Staff was on point and very accommodating. Practice range and putting green was in great shape. This course has a chance to be one of the best in the area.

I played this course for the first time. The course from tee to green was in amazing shape. It is tough when you don't put the ball in the fairway. The greens ran smooth and rolled great. The beautiful views and great conditions make for a great round.

First time playing here. Loved the course and conditions. As third group out we finished in just over 3 hours (nice).

Course is in great shape. 6 different tee boxes so there is something for everyone. Layout is challenging but not to hard. Green are in good shape.

Not worth the money $10 off the Suncoast card still 79 dollars not worth it with all the other premium courses out there in the summertime with great deals will not play there again and I live close to it

It’s a great course, has some great tough water holes! Tough but fun would highly recommend this course

Good pace of play, nice greens and overall good experience.

Played at Legacy a bunch of times. Very interesting and challenging, no matter what level you play. Greens were great, fairways were B+. Traps okay. Staff was great as always. Will be playing there again next n two days. Looking forward to it.
