About
Peridia Golf & Country Club in Bradenton is a player-friendly, 18-hole, par-60 course. It's gentle enough for beginners and even juniors at 3,344 yards from the back tees. The course sprawls across gently rolling terrain. The elevation changes are subtle but they can be tricky. There are trees along the fairways and water comes into play on a few holes. You'll also find a few strategically placed bunkers along the greens but there's nothing overly difficult. Peridia Golf & C.C. finishes with its longest hole, a 323-yard, par 4. There are out-of-bounds along the left and a large lake along the entire right side. This tricky hole also has a sand trap to the left of the fairway and two more on either side of the green. It's tough, but with a good drive you'll be able to hit a short iron onto the green.

Too crowded to be fun
This course con6inues to be overbooked and overcrowded each time we have played. We won' t be going back. It is too bad because we liked the course. We have stopped after 9 holes the last 3 times we have played. Due to the heavy traffic it just takes too long and is not fun.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!
Great Executive Course
This par 60 course is ideal to work on all aspects of your game. It has enough drivable holes to make it feel like a regular par 70 or 71 course. Very walkable, reasonable green fees.

Look at the Scorecard
Made the mistake of not reading the scorecard before booking a tee time. This is an executive course with the longest tee yardage of 5044 yards. Consisted mostly of par 3’s, a few short par 4’s, and no par 5’s. This is a great kind of course that you practice your short game. The course was backed up and waited on every hole. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the day playing this course...at least got to practice the short game.

Great executive course. Excellent value
Peridia is quickly becoming my favorite place to play to improve my iron game. Varying length par threes and two par 4s per side. The course is maintained very well, rye grass planted for the winter and greens are consistent and true. I especially like that I can walk there without holding the group up. Definitely worth checking out.

The course is in good condition from tee box through greens. It is a fun executive level course and worth playing.

Good course, excellent price
I have played this course multiple times before and it is a good little course for the money. But this time I was unhappy that they were trying to get me to ride in a cart with a complete stranger during Covid. Even with the dividers, I didn’t feel comfortable and they made me feel embarrassed for speaking up about this. Pace of play was quick enough that they didn’t run out of carts. They did eventually let me ride solo but made me feel like it was an inconvenience.
