About
Fernandina Beach Golf Club is home to three distinct nines, the North, South, and West that make up three different 18-hole combinations. This 27-hole facility boasts a unique configuration on each of the nines for a truly diverse golfing experience. The North/West course at Fernandina Beach Golf Club combines the longest nine, the West, and the shortest nine, the North. The North nine features undulating greens and water hazards but the generous, wide-open fairways of the West nine make the golf course accessible to players of all skill levels. Native foliage in addition to towering oaks and pines throughout the course allow for a scenic escape in addition to an excellent round.

Uncrowded fast round
Played with my neighbor in less than 3 hours. Teed off at 11:00 am.
Good for a turist
Relaxed course, well maintained. At the time that I played the greens were slow needing a grass cut.
Great course but…
This is a great course, only problem is that we had to pay for 18 online when we was only allowed to play 9 at 6:00 pm tee time.
Great Value
Played late morning mid week with a very good Hot Deal rate. Old growth municipal golf course in very good condition, played North then West courses. General appearance was very clean and well maintained. A few fairways a bit dry given the typical hot weather this time of year. Greens are in great shape. Played all 18 holes just under 3 hours.
Ether than expected
I have played here before and the last time I played, about 6 months ago, the fairways were not very manicured. The greens were not in good shape and the rough was mostly dirt. What a difference this time. They were all better and got in a good round. Nice clean up. Keep it up.
Fun course
It was a pretty busy course when we went. I think it took us 5 hours to play the west and south courses.
The west course was well kept. I don’t recall a tee box or green in bad condition. Most of the holes are straight shots.
Some of the holes on the south course need the tee boxes re-sodded, but most of the greens were good with some rough spots.
It’s right next to the airport so if you don’t like seeing/hearing airplanes while you you play you may want to reconsider, but we enjoyed watching them. Overall we had a great time.
Rain has helped the course conditions since a few months back.
Great hot deal pricing. Greens were in good shape. Could use some grass manicuring and trimming around the greens and traps.
Horrible conditions
The tee boxes were only dirt. The greens have weeds growing everywhere. The regulars are rude. This course needs to be shut down and renovated
Course review
This course is in terrible condition. For the money this is one of the worst courses I have ever seen. Cost over $55 to play and the fairways, roughs, and tee boxes were garage. Maybe for $20 it wouldn’t be bad.
