North course is rough West course is great. Overall had a great time. Will be back

I played all 3 nines. Why you say because i'm a golf nut.
Let's start with the recently reopened West course. It was in excellent shape. New greens rolled true. Fairways were in good shape. South course greens rolled true as well. Fairways were okay. This nine is bit lower and all the rain has kept mowing held back i think. North course greens were poor especially #1. I'm sure new greens are in order for this nine. There has been heavy rain everywhere which hampers course maintenance. That being said it was enjoyable and i see it only getting better.

this is a muni course with a good layout. could be a very good tract with some grooming. seems to be a bit neglected. city could do much better and make it an awesome club.

Was in better shape years ago. SOUTH AND west are best

Starter was very friendly and provided helpful information about course condition. Overall fairways were in good condition and greens excellent. Tee boxes could use attention...i.e. hard to find a level spot. Overall, very good experience.

North course greens a little slow but south course greens are very fast. North course is easier than south.

I have played this course every summer for the last three years. It has gotten a little better every year. They have new greens on the South course which were really nice. The North course greens were not bad, but not as nice as the South course. The west course was closed because they are re-doing those greens. Some of the tee boxes were a little bare. Overall, I was very pleased with the course and it is only getting better.

I drive all the way from Jax to play this course for the value and greens conditions. The weather usually has a nice breaze for these hot summer days with it being so close to the Ocean.

Layout and condition of course great. Fabulous crew

Greens in excellent shape. Fairway sparse in some areas, dry conditions though. Pace of play was a little slow but they have the west course shutdown for maintenance. No chipping or putting greens, also closed for maintenance. Water in the coolers had bad taste, bring your own. Did see the cart girl about 3 times during the round. Overall good course and good deal for golf, range balls and lunch.

This course has been transformed. 2 years ago, it was not in good shape. All the greens are very putt-able and the turf on the remainder is in very good shape.

The greens were in great shape. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the course. Fairways were muddy and patchy, sand was matted down despite great weather. Friendly staff, but the facilities need a major upgrade.

South greens very good but fairways spotty
North course average at best

the South course was in great shape and played nicely. Fun course to walk.

Easy access with t times. Friendly staff with helpful hints. Nice track.

Played a few years ago (a cow pasture w/ tree roots) Now, new greens (fast & true). Fairways still bare this time of year but looking forward to another round later this Spring.

The greens are coming through the winter in great shape and there was plenty of fresh sand in the sand traps (which I frequented often). Everyone was friendly and the "hot deal" was a super value.

Played the south - North combination, the Greens on the south were in fact the best I played during my golf vacation, the North greens were also good but the south greens were more recently maintained.

Booked the round on GolfNow for $29 - great value. I'm a a Long time Fernandina resident and have been disappointed how the courses were let go but it appears they're heading in the right direction.
