About
The brilliant Terry LaGree design harmonizes with spectacular scenery to create Royal Oaks -- a unique and picturesque course. Powder sand bunkers dot undulating fairways lined by stately oaks and shimmering water. The course, part of the Audubon system, has preserved mature trees and native vegetation, making it a sanctuary for migratory birds and an unmatched setting for your game. The 6,650-yard par 72 course features four tee boxes on every hole. The front nine is characterized by rolling fairways with up to 35-foot elevation changes, lined with tall Slash Pines and Blue Jack Oaks. The back nine features an open meadow appearance with stands of stately live oaks shading some of the greens. Generous landing areas reward well-placed shots.

Great course and fun layout. I always come back here because it’s in excellent condition. Everything is dry here. Course drains well!!!
Lovely Course
The course has been in excellent conditions all summer. With all of the rain it has stayed very dry. Greens are in excellent condition. Very nice course in the area. I keep coming back because it’s in such excellent shape! Keep it up!!!
Consistently Great!
Played this course many times and have always found it to be of great condition and well worth playing.
Fun Course to Play
Several weeks ago Royal Oaks aerated their greens. While playable, there's still some bumps while trying to putt. Fairways in great shape since this area has gone through a very dry Spring season.
I enjoy this course since it has a great layout with undulations, doglegs and good fairway turf.
Greens aerated and sanded. Still very playable. Rest of course is in good shape. Greens will be very good soon. Still fun to play.
