The Spruce Creek Preserve Golf Club

This has to be if not the worst but second worst conditions I’ve ever played on a golf course.

Greens are dirt mogels…not golf if you can’t take putting serious. I don’t mind crap fairways but terrible greens just takes the game to a waist. Go somewhere else

Outstanding for the money. Has potential to be a top shelf course. Layout of course is fantastic and it’s a little tight in places. Fantastic challenge so close to home.

Layout is great. Most of the greens are in good shape, couple times had to move the ball. Fairways are a mixture of grass and weeds, which I didn’t mind since most courses are dirt/sand fairways. Only real issue was the starting, everyone just kind of does their own thing and it’s confusing. Having a starter would greatly help the flow.

While a few fairways and greens need lots of help, the course is playable, great layout and a good value for the money! I will definitely play again

Sandy fairways, craters in some greens, definitely not great conditions. Some holes are in decent condition. Very tight course which makes it a nice challenge. For $20 it’s fairly priced. I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for a nice place to play. It’s a good cheap place to have a social round to go work on your game.

Really nice day and the staff were professional and friendly. Enjoyed the round and would play this course again. However, the greens needed some work, several dead/bad spots on many of the greens and they were slow. The fairways were in need of work, lots of sand/dirt little grass appeared to need water and TLC. Nice views, peaceful course and neighborhood. Enjoyed the day.

The course is a work in progress, a couple of fairways and a few greens with issues, but it has potential, and if you are looking for value this is it. It’s old but……
