To start they said they didn’t allow groups of 2 and made us play with another group of 2. Not sure what the point of a starter and ranger is if they don’t do anything to increase pace of play. Lined up on the first tee box and there was 4 groups in front of us and 2 behind us. All 18 greens were in horrible shape. Bumpy and full of crab grass. Only thing nice about the course is some of the fairways. Do not recommend for any he price.

Tough course for a first time playing it. Starter great to pair us up. Playing the yellow tees I could not tell lines and distances. Next time hit driver every where as most 5 wood or hybrid drives left me too far away.

Joe Lee designed a lot of mounds, bunkers and slopes for a major challenge. Greens were fair and straighter than they looked...except for the downhill speedster. Plenty of bunker practise,

Will play again.

The Professional Staff is outstanding. The facility is clean. And the course is outstanding!

The greens, fairways and tee boxes were in great shape. The heavy rain soaked the course causing the course to become unplayable after 15 holes.

Sorry, but constant rain made for a miserable round of golf & I had to quit after 9. The course is actually in nice condition, fairways & greens; even the bunkers were raked & seemed to have a lot of sand. I remember when the greens were rather poor, but up until streams started running the greens, they were putting smooth & fast. I am "distance challenged" (over 60), but this day the ball wasn't flying anyway. I couldn't carry the ball onto the greens, which is necessary cuz the fronts are soft & no run-ups. At any rate, GN issued rain check voucher, and I can't wait to return on a nice sunny day.

Course is in good shape, greens are fast. They had a delayed start due to frost, however groups were very slow to play, lots of time looking for lost balls and driving carts across fairways repeatedly for some reason. Ranger was out, but did not help the situation. Our round was 5.5 hrs, simply too long, lots of waiting between shots.

Pace of play on the front nine was good, but the back nine was really slow

This was the slowest round of my life and it took well over 5.5 hours to play all 18 holes. We waited at least 15-20 minutes on every tee box on the front 9. Not sure if course is overbooking the course but they do need to do something about the pace of play as no one should be playing golf for over 5.5 hours. Staff, course conditions and layout were great but pace of play issue needs to be addressed.
