Bad condition
The course is very wet in the fairways and the greens were brown.
Layout has some parallel holes, which are mundane. Over all conditions are acceptable
Tee boxes were not good. Fairways good, greens I rated a 7 out of 10. Price is very good and is on target for overall conditions. Great 19th hole.

Wrong golf course
GolfNow gave me the wrong course. I put in courses near Toronto, Canada and Turtle Creek came up so I booked it. There is a Turtle Creek course near Toronto but GolfNow book me in for Turtle Creek in Florida.
Great value with enough hazards
Turtle Creek is a great value here in central Florida. They have a great friendly staff and good equipment. The course Al’s has enough hazards that challenge the average golfer.
It is an affordable and fun golf experience.
Overall not a bad experience but a number of greens and tee boxes could use some attention.
Just find another course
This course had pretty good ratings before I decided to book it. I was meeting some friends and this course was about halfway between us. The course needed to be cut, the fairways are super tight, they overbooked tee times, and the people I behind us were super rude. We had to wait to tee off for the people in front of us to be far enough away that we wouldn’t hit them. However, the people behind us made little remarks about going already, and while we waiting to continue down the course they started teeing off way to close to us, and at one point told us to pick up are balls already. I would have gladly let them pass if it would have made a difference but considering we were patiently waiting for the group in-front of us to go, it would have been pointless. I wouldn’t go back to turtle creek if they paid me to. All I have to say is do your research on new courses because pretty pictures don’t make up for pathetic people and overgrown courses.
Cheap golf
This course is worth the good price. Probably one of the cheapest in brevard. The pace of play is in the slower side but not bad. Lets start with the tee boxes, they are terrible! I mean 75% of the tee boxes have little to no grass on then and terribly uneven. Fairways are great!! Course layout is great, its definitely a course you should bring extra balls. The greens are inconsistent and lumpy, but for the price you cant complain. No beer cart is a bummer, but staff at the turn is friendly but definitely understaffed. And the teisted birch is an excellent place to grab some beers and food after your round!!!
Saturday afternoon golf
Play here 6 times a year staff really friendly but course struggling at moment tees bit bare and couple green in need of work but hey still fun .
Old Style Florida Tract
We played this course several years ago and had fond memories of a typical southern layout, and nothing has changed.
There was the mobile home type building with a deck on the back that serves as the pro shop, the large covered shed where gas-powered carts are stored and the starter's shack guarding the paths to the first and tenth holes. The staff treated us with respect and patience while allowing 3 of our party to put together their own sets of clubs from the large assortment of rentals.
Tee boxes were a hodgepodge - some in decent shape, others in definite need of TLC. Fairways offered great rollouts after a day of light rain and a scorching sun. Bunkers had not been raked in a while leaving them very hard. Greens were inconsistent at best - some slow, some fast, some in pristine shape, some with disease blotches and spots. Pace of play was normal for a Friday as we were a late morning group, and after chasing wayward tee shots and hunting numerous lost balls managed to still finish 4 hours later.
As long as the GolfNow Deal is still available we will be back.
