Staff does not like inexperienced golfers!!!

My friends and I are trying to improve our golf game and we decided to play on this cheap course. Our party of four was advised not to drive on the grass and stay on the cart path only. We followed all the rules and since we were not allowed to drive on the grass if we hit a ball and it sliced away from the hole we would hit again to prevent walking a whole lot and playing slow. Our abilities to play aren’t the best but we were having fun until the course host drove up on us and started yelling that our “golf etiquette” wasn’t appropriate. We apparently hit houses and were playing bumper carts. We were not intentionally trying to hit houses. The carts had no damage whatsoever. We were following the rules and trying to have fun. The old men must have not liked the 4 young men enjoying their Saturday off. Overall I rate the experience a 1 star and I will not be golfing at this establishment again.

Course is a small but playable set of par-3s only recommend for newer golfers the grass was very tall and unmaintained maybe due to a receding wouldn't recommend going to this course again

Waiting for the grass to grow

The weather was perfect, but the Fairways were not. Today was “Cart Path Only” since the course was recently Re-Seeded. There were several Bare Spots in the Fairway where the Grass has not grown in. One hole had at least Two-Thousand Pigeons eating the Grass Seed in the Fairway.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The course is getting ready for their annual reseeding.

The fairways are thatched with debris lying around.

The balls get caught up in the extra grass left lying on the fairways.

The greens are somewhat better but have sand on them again reading for the seeding next month.

Usually, this course is in perfect shape so we were taken by surprise at its current condition.
