This Ted Robinson Jr design just minutes away from The Strip measures 6,757 yards from the tips and features 68 white-sand bunkers and enough water hazards to make you wish you brought your beach towel.

Chimera Golf Club will test the skills of low handicappers, but four sets of tees make it accessible to novice golfers. Overall, Chimera Golf Club is an enjoyable, entertaining round of golf in a truly beautiful setting.

Clubhouse:Chimera Golf Club’s centerpiece is a spacious 31,000 square foot Old World Tuscan Village which features a golf retail store, a pub and fine dining restaurant as well as banquet and meeting facilities. Course was beautiful pace was not.

Great course very beautiful. Fun to play. Pace of play was slow. Holes 4 came around the corner to the par 3 and had one group on the green, one on the Tee and another waiting. Then our group.

Fantastic Experience

From the moment we arrived the staff came out to grab our golf clubs and put them on our carts. Absolutely friendly and very accommodating. Of course was in fantastic shape. Couldn’t have asked for much better than this. Absolutely I will play again if we go back to Vegas.

Great golf course off the strip.

The course was in great condition and the greens rolled fast and true. The staff are friendly and the views are nice as well as the surrounding neighborhood. For facility improvements, the chipping area next to Hole 1 should be turned into a putting only area and the green needs serious repair. Then put a separate chipping area should be placed near the driving range. The other minor issue is the number of warmup balls is paltry. I would increase the number of balls from12-15 to 25-30. Not sure how you can really warm up with 15 balls. Otherwise, it’s a definite destination for any golfer.

Sooo slow and not the most professional staff

Course could be nice if better management of pace of play. When calling the pro shop to let them know we were backed up by four groups and asking about the use of a ranger we got no support and felt they did not care. One person in our group went in to mention the pace as we were between holes 9 and ten and the handle bar mustache desk attendant got combative. We did leave and not play the second nine as we had plans that evening that would not allow for us to be there for six hour round even if we could put up with the pace. The female staff was pleasant but dressed like car wash attendants versus a more classy club.

Very Frustrated and Disappointed

Was paired with a twosome and they were very unprofessional and lacked basic golf etiquette. Was holding up the entire course and made my round with my son a nightmare. Worse round I have ever had to endure. Was highly disappointed in the ranger and the course management to not intervene to correct the issue. Will never play at this course again
