Greens were a 3*, fairways 1* or less. Actually not fairways even in many places. It was windy so the dirt on the fairways blew everywhere. Course has deteriorated lots in last couple years.

Overbooked. 5 player foresome in front of us. 5h20 to play.

The course need lots of maintenance, fairways are not in good shape, the green is fair.

played several courses this week in Las Vagas and this was the worse of them all

Course needs a lot of work. The bones are there, but you can tell from the moment you arrive that it has not been maintained well for a long time. Even the houses around the course are in disrepair. At one time this must have been a great course. Disappointing.

Starter explained instructions in advance to each group. After the 3rd or 4th hole all instructions went out the window. The group ahead did whatever they wanted and held up play. 10 minute waits at every tee box!! No roaming marshal! Zero consideration for others. This was midweek midday.🤷🏼‍♂️

Very affordable and great variety of holes. Staff is always great.

Love the layout but the dead fairways make that second shot challenging.

The course has a decent layout but as seems to be the case for public courses in Vegas, the fairways were full of dry and dead areas. Not he worst we conditions we experienced this trip but for the money we expected better. We liked the layout and the facilities and staff were great.

Even though the golf course is average in layout and condition, I still believe it's the right course for players of any level to work on the aspects of their game before tackling some of the more challenging course in the area.

I grew up on this course. The product I saw today is shameful. They obviously don’t care. Greens bad, fairways bad, bunkers bad, rough doesn’t even exist, water is actually vile don’t touch, driving range is pebbles with an eighth of an inch of “grass”. I’m only reviewing because of nostalgia and disappointment. Any review recently that isn’t critical of the course isn’t an honest review. I’m not a fan of legacy but it’s far superior to this. I think you can go to any course in the entire city or Boulder City and it would be a better product. I know they won’t change either.

Let me start with the positive: Greens were in nice shape and rolling fast. Tee boxes were good shape also. Bunkers were decent. Staffers were very friendly and helpful as always.

Now the negative: The fairways basically have little or no grass - depending where your ball ends up you are hitting off dirt or hard pan. There is no rough as it is all dead grass on most holes. It appears there is minimal or no watering.

This course is owned by the City of Henderson and it is unacceptable the city has allowed this once beautiful course to be in this condition. I realize that at a price point of $35 the conditions are to be expected, but I would rather pay more $ and have a well maintained course.
