Rating 73.5

This is the older, tougher brother at Revere Golf Club. The Lexington stretches out to 7,143 yards from the back tees and it has plenty of forced carries, shots up to raised greens and fairways that hold almost as many curves as Halle Berry. You might want to have a little of Paul Revere's can-do spirit to tee it up here.

The Lexington rarely gives golfers the same look twice. Water comes into play on only two holes and if one hole features a bunker challenge, you can bet the next will hit you something like desert brush. This is a grab bag of golf challenges.

"This is in the top-30 percent of Vegas-area courses," TravelGolf.com National Editor Tim McDonald said. "It isn't overly long, but the scenery is terrific and the course can be very challenging; it's one of the toughest courses in the area, in fact. If you're a fan of target golf, forced carries and serious elevation changes, you'll enjoy the Lexington course."

Hilly and slooww

Took almost 5 hours to play 18 holes late afternoon. No Marshall’s. No cart girls. Nice track with hills.

Worst condition I’ve seen it in

First round back at this course since regularly playing up until the new year. It’s in the absolute worst shape I’ve seen it in. Greens are mostly unplayable, dried out brown dirt.

All the ponds are visibly low, couple of water features inactive. Doesn’t affect the play but is an illustration of the overall of the course I think.

Overall course is really dry, fairways are hit and miss… no pun intended.

Not worth full price. Stick to the hot deals and don’t expect the lush course this use to be.

Lexington does not live up to its reputation.

Unfortunately the Lexington course has awful fairways and poor greens due to past course treatment. As the weather heats up (yesterday it was 105) conditions will only get worse. Save your money. Maybe Concord is better.

Lexington's greens need major maintenance

I enjoy playing this course. However the greens were in horrible condition this last outing. If the course intended to charge the rates it does, the greens and general maintenance of the course need to improve. Additionally, water stations were not available. This is not a good look especially during the current temperatures.

Thank you. We look forward to earning your 5 stars in the future. As you'll notice, the Lexington course closes in just 3 weeks for a major capital turf improvement.

Unique Layout, Fun & Challenging- Ball Sails at elevations

Its price is set id imagine because of the below average greens & tee boxes- more desert ish than clean landscape. Good track.

What Happened?

This used to be my favorite course. What has happened? Greens were horrificly bad. Every green was different and inconsistent. Every green had 200 ball marks on it. Amost every green look like it was dead. I am so upset as this was my favorite track but unless a raincheck/voucher is given I will never be back. Very sad. Angel Park, Paiute, Sienna, Arroyo all fall under same category and are cheaper and in great shape for May.

Terrible Greens

They seem to have a water problem. Greens were terrible. Waterfalls turned off. Layout is nice but not a good value at the price point. Wouldn’t pay more than 60 bucks.

Very good layout

Course conditions were good fairways a little dry in places greens were mostly in good shape. A few of them look like they just been punched within the last three weeks overall would definitely play it again.

Lexington Course

Challenging course with lots of beautiful views. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Marshal did a great job of keeping the pace of course. Had a group in front of us slowing the pace down and he moved them along. Well worth the money and a day out of Las Vegas.

Absolutely YES!

This was one of the nicest course we played on our trip to Vegas. It had a lot of hills, ups and downs, which made it challenging but fun. The greens were immaculate and the ranger was awesome! Excellent pace of play. Highly recommend this course!

The Lexington

I played The Revere Golf Club - The Lexington for the first time today. I arrived about 90 minutes before my tee time, expecting to go to the driving range and hitting 60 or 70 balls before my round, and was told that because the course was busy, they could not give me a cart to go to the driving range to hit my range balls until about 30 minutes before my scheduled tee time. I walked down to the practice green and chipping area, and was surprised at how slow the practice green was. I putted for about 30 minutes, chipped for about 20 minutes, and went back to find out if they had a cart that I could use to go to the driving range. No one was in the area, and there were two carts sitting and waiting. After about eight or nine minutes, an employee showed up and allowed me to take a cart to the driving range. Included driving range balls were a small bucket. I hit about 20 balls, and headed back for my tee time. The other three people I was supposed to play with were no-shows, so they told me to go ahead and try and catch up to the twosome ahead of me, which I did on the third tee. The course itself is very nice. The greens on the course were slow & bumpy, which is surprising for the Las Vegas area. The round took just under five hours as we were waiting on every tee box for the group ahead of us, who were waiting for the group in front of them, etc. Overall, I enjoyed the course, despite the slow greens, and would play it again.
