Will definitely be back
Never played a Par-3 except at parent's RV timeshare so actually was expecting something similar. boy was I wrong. This is a fun course and it plays 12 holes. Lots of elevation changes and limited areas when you go off-line. Cost another $10 for the cart but since I had my full bag (played 8-SW only), opted for the cart instead of lugging it around. Great place to work on short game. Was not that busy, played on my own and the 4-some in front of me was not problem. Nobody behind me so I played a second ball a few times. Only downside of the course was the absurd amount of ball marks on greens. First of two Vegas courses I visited this week and the other, a resort club, was the same way. WHY DO PEOPLE NOT REPAIR THEIR BALL MARKS ON GREENS????? Had a lot of fun and cannot wait until I have the time to play one of the full courses. Range was decent but not great. Significantly elevated tee boxes so that hampered gauging proper distance, a little short for longer drivers, but as it was sand/rock, it was even difficult to exactly where you landed some times. $10 for a large bucket so price is comparable.
Pricey for 9 holes
We completed the 9 holes in just over 1 hour. Some of the greens were in poor condition. When booking I did not notice that the hot rate quoted was walking. The power cart was $20 for two players. It is optional but you will probably want it.
Nice short course
Played the Angel Park Cloud 9 for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I have stayed at the Marriott right across the street many times and never really knew this course was over here. The course is very short but challenging, especially if you're not accurate with your short game (like me!). Took a cart because my wife has a bad back, but you could easily walk this course as well.
Iron, Wedge and Putter Workout
I'm not sure what I was expecting; perhaps a merging of regular golf and miniature, especially under the lights. But let me tell you it was as challenging as I needed it to be! It really makes you focus on the short game and if you have trouble estimating distances, this one will have you cursing. I found myself in the bunkers plenty of times and they were pretty solid packed. My wife and I plan on going back as it was great for the cost and quality of the course.
Nice 9 hole course
Greens were in excellent condition. Tee off from hills and troughs
Exceeded my expectations
I had a two hour window before I left Las Vegas so I thought I'd try this little 12 hole par three course. Turned out to be the best part three course I've ever seen. The holes were all very challenging and the greens were like country club condition. Very impressed!
A very challenging Par 3
This is a very challenging par 3 and might be too difficult for a beginner but set the expectations. Basically grass from tee to green but holes have all the hazards of a full size course and give the beginner a chance by drops from trouble while the more advance golfer test their skills.
A fun course to practice
A fun golf course to practice short game a get a great walk on,,, some hills to get your walking exercise, so get out there and move it...
Nice Time
Great deal here! Highly recommeded. Near a casino so get some golf in then go over and enjoy a little Las Vegas gambling.
Beautiful course
Love coming to this course when I don't have time to play 18 but still wanna get out and play! Excellent greens, the view is amazing!
played cloud 9 12 holes loved it
played with son and grandson and we had a great time was great for grandson since he had only played once before
Great sights
I really enjoyed playing at Cloud 9, it was fun and had plenty of sights. worth the $$$ and the greens were very pleasant.
Nice half-round
Finished in about an hour and a half. Surprisingly challenging for beginning golfers.
Definitely have to give this course another go in the future.
Beautiful course, and challenging
We would definitely play this course again. Perfect for practicing your short game.
Nice course
It was excellent course to practice short game, it was nice to play 12 hole , I wish I lived in Vegas, I would play more.
Cloud Nine is a challenging par-3 course
We selected this par-3 as part of a week of golfing Las Vegas. I enjoyed the hills, ravines, water (including waterfalls) and sand traps. It really challenged me; but my husband didn't like the uphill/downhill too much. Beware that if you plan to walk it, they have very few handcarts. We ended up driving, probably easier on us anyway. It was well maintained with new scenery around every bend and views of the mountains. One of the few courses not embedded in residences. There were baby bunnies everywhere. Even with good wind, we had a great time.
Lots of fun!
Used this as a warm up dice we haven't played in 6 months. Elevation changes are interesting challenges. This course recreates some great par 3's and takes about 2 hours to play. Greens fast but firm. Going back there to play it again!
