The grass is dead everywhere, greens are torn up, bunkers are concrete, and pins in absolutely ridiculous locations. It seems like maintenance just stopped caring about the course since it’s rumored to be torn down this year. No snack bar or beverage carts roaming the course either. Our cart died on 15 and somebody had to bring a replacement. I did enjoy the layout and it was super quiet so we played 18 holes almost entirely uninterrupted but everything else was unfortunate. Thankfully this was a free round on my Arcis card because I don’t think I could justify paying more than $20 to play this course.

It was the worst golf course in my 40+ year golf career.

Almost all the grass is dead except for the green.

The cart path is bumpy and in some places it is half a foot high.

The bunker is mostly covered with about half an inch of sand and underneath that is a rocky mass.

Played 10 holes and skipped 7.

Iv heard the course will be closing soon so maybe thats why its gone down hill. Pin locations were terrible. Several pins were placed on the side of hill or right at the slop edge of the green making putts close to impossible. The range conditions are pretty terrible. The course itself wasnt in terrible shape but it has seen better days.

Overall, the course condition was good typical for a desert course. However, if the water was circulating and they picked up the trash off the golf course and out of the water, it would’ve been much more pleasant experience. Course management could work with players on fixing divots seemed like nobody cared to fix a divot on the greens. That was really bad. You can tell it’s a public course in Las Vegas Vegas.

While we were paired up with a great father-son duo, and truly enjoyed the round, the course was pretty badly maintained. And I am not just talking about dry spots, or your regular hard sand traps, or forgotten waste areas. I am talking about trash everywhere, I’m talking about a range that looks like we are in 1985 in a park somewhere, I am talking about our cart almost dying on us because of low battery, I am talking about dirty and banged up rental clubs. And the fact that they closed the bar and pro-shop before we finished our round at 3:50pm.

The layout is great, the greens challenging, and overall a good course to play. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You could tell they were trying their best to get people going so no blame on the guys in and around the pro-shop.

If they could just take care of the small but important details, this would’ve been a higher rating from me.

This course doesn't get enough appreciation it truly deserves. Mostly because the course is located in poor section of the town? But the layout is very good and challenging. There are some very short holes (#1 & #10 for example). This is my 'go-to' course whenever my home course is closed. For Vegas, this golf course is very affordable.

I was impressed for the cost to play this city owned course. The golf cart was very exceptional. The pace was rather slow with a lot of party people visiting vegas and continuing the drinking on the course with less than average golfers or beginners . That was the downside. Other than that tee boxes and fairways were nice so were the greens but they were on the slower side. I’d recommend this course for the value though.

I was really happy with the course conditions, pace of play, and overall course maintenance. This is a dessert course in the heart of the city that makes you feel miles away from anywhere. The course has alot of undulating fairways & greens. Your tee shots are critical to scoring low. Also, there are alot of bunkers & sandy waste areas with dessert shrubs, so you need to keep your ball in play.

I would definitely play here again my next time to Vegas!

Haven't played here in a few years and heard rumors that it's closing so didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised by how nice the fairways and rough were. In fact, the rough was thick enough to be challenging when off the fairway. Much better shape than previous rounds and certainly better than many courses in town esp those in Henderson. Greens were on the slower side but expected in the heat of summer. Staff was top notch and professional. Cart girl came by 3-4 times during the round. Shaded indoor driving range best place to practice or warm up in the summer. Overall, 10/10 experience. Make sure you check it out before it closes.

This course is very hard with tight Fairways and hazards that are reachable from the T. The approach shot also had plenty of Hazards around the green to deal with . The greens were super slow and soft. there are ball marks all over the greens golfers that play here don't fix their ball marks and have no etiquette. Twice golfers on opposing Fairways picked up our ball when it was on the edge of the fairways, lied and refused to give up the ball. The Tee Boxes are uneven hard to find a flat spot to hit off. Also need to cut the tee boxes. A couple of the ponds were full of trash. Even with all the things I mentioned before, the course was fun, very hard, which I really like to be challenged. If you want to be challenged you should at least play here once.
