The Club at Sunrise

The condition of the course has improved significantly since I played it last year. The greens are perfect and roll true. We played the round in 4 hours, which isn’t bad for a weekend 9:30 am tee time.

Most of the holes are bounded by a water drainage ditch on the right. The fairways all slope towards the ditch. The cart path is to the left, and on the other side of the cart path is all gravel. If you try to stay to the left to avoid the ditch. you can often end up in the gravel. If you are lucky enough to remain in the left fairway, you are generally pitching towards the ditch. Other than that, the staff was great and the conditions are generally good, but I wouldn't play here again.

105 degree heat, no water provided, no ice in cooler. Sign says "Outside drinks will be confiscated". No water coolers on course. FORCED TO PURCHASE drinks from cart girl who only came by twice in 5 hour round. fortunately no one died from heat exhaustion..

Played in the heat of the summer at 106°. Even with the heat All greens were excellent (a bit slow but outstanding conditions) including putting and chopping practice greens. some fairways had a couple of rough spots and/or new sod installations, but you can tell the course is very well maintained.. Also some fairways had been over watered and a bit soft, but still very playable. Some fairways are tight, if you have a slice to the right a ravine or drainage valley runs along the right side throughout the course so be mindful of that. The surrounding views are great with the mountains in the background. The houses around the course aren’t really houses I would expect along a golf course but that’s just an opinion.

My girlfriend and I played on 8/22 and the course, staff and conditions were great! Greens were some of best I've played this yr. Definitely recommend

Good municipal coarse. Well kept. Don't practice put or you will smoke past the hole on the coarse. Practice Green is way slower than the coarse greens. Good value!

There is a big wash in the middle, preceded by big hills! Way to hard for anyone but a straight shooter. 2nd time playing and when I got there, I was like, "Crap", I didn't know it was THIS course!? I wish I had remembered, cause I do not enjoy it at all. Then it's too booked on the morning. Lots of waiting in the sun.

Great course… amazing value and couldn’t have had a better day out. They do it right!
