Greens were recently aerified. They were bumpy and slow.

Also, tight course. Must be a straight hitter.

I live in Michigan, and decided I wanted to play golf while in Vegas. I was not disappointed, this course was very hard , but was very enjoyable. I would recommend this course to everyone , even if you don't hit it straight, you still could find your ball. The hardest part about this course was definitely the greens , very challenging putting, but the course is relatively short yardage wise.

A great course to play within the city limits. Short course but became interesting due to the pin placements and undulations of the greens. Just wished people would fix their divots in the greens. The greens looked like the surface of the moon. Come on guys, fixing your divots is part of the game!

The middle tee is rated as 120 (5520 yds) while the back tee is 137 (6222 yds). Maybe a back/middle tee should be there. Other than this v r happy with this course, always.

The course was in great condition. The greens were in great shape and offer a very fun challenge trying to 2 putt from anywhere. I played late Tuesday morning and there was a wait on every hole, likely because every fairway is narrow and every golfer in front of our group was slicing it into the adjacent hole.

All I ask is for is pure greens and well conditioned fairways and Desert Pines easily covered both. Good value for locals.

You best be a straight shooter for this course. The layout was nice and greens were fast! Great course to work on your golf game, if you're a slicer or hooker you may want to hit the range before taking this course on.

This course is emaculate. It's like playing golf in a well kept park. Fairways are tight, but most holes are bordered by mounds that keep a rolling ball in play. Bunkers everywhere. Gorgeous ponds on a few holes. Greens are not too firm, but very undulating and good speed.

The course was a bit shorter than one of the long courses but still challenging. The course was in great shape. I will play it again the next time I am in Las Vegas. The cost through GolfNow was just what I was looking for.

Desert Pines was amazing! Who would have thought, you could find such an awesome and beautiful course, just 20 minutes away from the strip. I was looking at courses near the strip, and the pricing was ridiculous. I am glad that I decided to go with Desert Pines GC. The course was in awesome shape, and the staff was very friendly. I did use a Hot Deal on this one, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.

Great course and very well kept. A little narrow if you like challenges. Overall a great experience.

Have not played course in 2 years. I was not disappointed!! Love this course! It was in great shape; beautifully manicured greens & fairways; friendly staff. Will definitely be back soon!

I enjoyed the course very much. No houses around the course.

This course is hard for me to review. Free range balls and no GPS. It is in very good shape and short and packed into a small acreage. Fairways are tight. It is easy to fade or draw into an adjoining fairway. Fairways do tend to funnel a shot back towards the middle. Fairways and greens are VERY undulating - everywhere. Water and/or blind shots on many holes. Some sidehill, uphill, downhill lies are guaranteed. For a high handicapper this is a very tough short course. Greens are unbelievably fast and undulating. Three or more putts are easy to encounter. It was not hard to lag putt and have the ball come right back and/or severely break due to the severe undulations. A low handicapper can pick what part of the green to shoot for and one or two putt. I'm a high handicapper and an average putter and will never play this course again. It was no fun for me - way too many putts.

It is not a resort experience. But decent layout and condition and good value. If you are looking for Vegas wow, look elsewhere. But if you want a decent round at a good price, this works.

Played this course many times over the last 7 or 8 years - always in the rotation for courses to play in Vegas. Very disappointed this year - greens were in terrible condition, beat up, burnt out - nothing close to what they've been in the past. The rough was burnt out in many places and the whole look was scruffy compared to previous years. Even the carts were scruffy - looked like they hadn't been washed in a month!
