Hidden in the folds of the Southern Nevada desert is the lush oasis of Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. The abundance and variety of water features characterize the golf course. Ponds and lakes come into play frequently. There are also mature palms lining the gently rolling fairways and generous greens. The club is known for the immaculate maintenance of the verdant tropical landscape. The course is player-friendly while at the same time offering Las Vegas golfers some unexpected challenges. The layout boasts a set of four impressive par 3s including the scenic third hole, which requires a tee shot over a pond. The designer, Ted Robinson, touted the holes as the best he's ever designed. Rolling mounds and strategic bunkering as well as the occasional multi-tiered green make the golf course more difficult, but there are wide fairways and ample landing areas to provide a balance. The playability of the course combined with the reasonable rates, especially for Las Vegas golf, has earned the club a popular following.

Nice layout, very good condition

Played for the 3rd time in last few years. Still a very good test, and conditions were very good for mid-November.

Greens ran well, and fairways were in very good shape. Some traps need attention, but not too bad. Only thing I really didn’t like was the number of geese on 18th green and surrounding areas. WAY TOO MUCH geese crap on the green! Just left an awful way to the round. Couldn’t putt or even walk without stepping in it.

enjoyable round of golf

The course was in excellent shape. The weather was perfect. Smoked a cigar, had a beer, what could have made it perfect? The pace! It took 5 hours to complete our round. No rangers to push the people along.

Poor management.

Arrived at course and was told that the tee time was delayed by at least 40 minutes due to the tournament they had was not finished. Wouldn't return my money because I booked with you.(golfnow). When we did tee off had to rush to get 18 in and on the last hole I feel on the stairs leading to the green and hurt my back arm and leg as it was getting dark and I tripped. I would like to know why they let you put tee times on line when they know they have a tournament. Not a happy customer as this fall I took ruined my vacation.
