Hidden in the folds of the Southern Nevada desert is the lush oasis of Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. The abundance and variety of water features characterize the golf course. Ponds and lakes come into play frequently. There are also mature palms lining the gently rolling fairways and generous greens. The club is known for the immaculate maintenance of the verdant tropical landscape. The course is player-friendly while at the same time offering Las Vegas golfers some unexpected challenges. The layout boasts a set of four impressive par 3s including the scenic third hole, which requires a tee shot over a pond. The designer, Ted Robinson, touted the holes as the best he's ever designed. Rolling mounds and strategic bunkering as well as the occasional multi-tiered green make the golf course more difficult, but there are wide fairways and ample landing areas to provide a balance. The playability of the course combined with the reasonable rates, especially for Las Vegas golf, has earned the club a popular following.

Normally really a great course, greens in really bad shape. Biggest negative was a 5 hr round. Ranger told the group ahead of us to step it up twice but took no further action. There was 2 full holes between them and the next group

Good pace

Good layout, good pace at Rhodes Ranch golf course. The green condition was not perfect:: bumpy, bare spots, and painted green color at putting green, makes hard to put ball into holes.

Worst Conditions I've Seen Here

Rhodes Ranch always took great care of the course but the greens are in horrible shape. They've also lost some of the tee boxes and fairways. The holes have been shortened so they could sell new housing. Looks like they don't care much about the golf course anymore.

What happened to this Gem ?

The greens are rough and un puttable , bumpy .. the fairways have many dead dirt spots. What happened ? The cart paths have new damage . The sand traps are hard as rocks . What did you guys do to this gem course . Love playing there and is usually a gem of Las Vegas . FOOLS GOLD NOW . Save you’re money play elsewhere until they correct these issues . NOT RECOMMENDED .I’m a local and play all the courses here .

This is a very get what you pay for gold course! Great views and the fairways and rough are pure. Greens are a little spotty but that’s to be expected as this course gets a lot of play.

Also fastest round of golf I had played in a long time with a foursome. Took only 3.5 hours.
