Greens rough in bad shape! Started us on 10 and one was open! Looked like all twosomes were kicked off back instead of combining and making foursomes

2nd time playing at RR. Beautiful course. Fun layout. The staff in the proshop are awesome and helpful. A few problems though. We had an 1100 tee time so we stopped by the restaurant across from the course to grab some food. We were told by the hostess to just take a seat anywhere and someone would be by to help us. 10 minutes sitting at the table and no one came, even though we took the front table right next to the hostess stand and bar. We decided to just go to the bar to get faster service. The lady tending bar was also the hostess who told us to take a seat and didnt seem to be having a good day. Kept complaining to the people sitting at the bar and getting snappy with the two staff who appeared to be back of house staff. She finally asked for our order, didnt seem to notice we were the same people she blew off earlier. We ordered a couple breakfast burritos and some canned drinks since their taps were giving her trouble and they were out of most other drinks they were advertising. About 20 minutes later, our burritos finally came. They were delicious, highly recommend the chorizo breakfast burrito. Their green salsa is great too. Had to ask twice for the check. After that we hit the range. Super packed, but it was a really nice Saturday so we expected it. Sadly, the bigger problem was that they use mats on their range and only a handful of them actually had the rubber tee's needed to hit driver. Once we finally got the go ahead from the starter, we made our way to hole 1 and got there just as the group ahead of us was teeing off. That kind of set the tone for the pace of play. I had a couple new golfers with me and expected to be playing slower than usual, but we had to wait 5-10 minutes at every tee. There was a course marshal driving arpund who passed us a few times. Always friendly. We noticed he stopped at the group ahead of us a couple times, but it didnt seem to help the pace. Lastly, the cart girl was also out of most of her stock other than the basics like michelob. I know it sounds like a lot of complaining, and had we been on a tight schedule, it wouldve been a bigger problem, but we finished with enough time to not play in the dark and made it to dinner, so no harm no foul. Great price for such a beautiful course. 75$ at 1100 with 2 free drink tickets is a steal. Will be back again, but wont bother with the restaraunt, range, or cart girl except for Gatorades.

Tremendous value when scoring discounts on GolfNow especially as a non-resident. Nice practice area with covered driving range $6 for small bucket or $12 for large. Bring your own rubber driving tee as not all stations had them. Awesome condition overall and well maintained by friendly staff. Most of the logo gear is on sale right now sleuth great selection currently as they are making room for the new season orders coming in.

Great course, beautifully maintained, and great staff. The only negative thing I can say is the bunker type of sand is very heavy and more like fluffy dirt than sand. 100% will play here again.

First time playing this Course. Staff very friendly, so much so that the pro behind the desk said" since it's your first time if you do not like the course and its condition, tell me and I'll give you your money back!" How can you beat that?

You can choose how challenging you want it to be based on the tee box selections. High handicap can play Silvers at 5950 yards and feel challenged but doable. Low cappers can play TIPS at over 7000 , or choose either of the two in between!

One of the nicest courses in Vegas. Great mixture of challenging holes and holes you can be aggressive on. Greens rolled extra true.

The course was in good shape. Overall a good time and friendly staff. The driving range is lacking. Most if not all tee mats didn't even have a tee to warm up driver and you can't use your own tee and these seem to be cheap basic mats.

Very good course and condition. Great view under mountain.

Course in great condition for winter season. Greens roll true. Fairways are green. Would play it again.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to formally express my complaint regarding the handling of my tee time today.

At the starter area, I repeatedly confirmed my 12:00 tee time with the staff. Each time, I was told to wait in the cart and that they would let me know when it was time to start. However, even after more than 30 minutes had passed, nothing happened, while other groups continued to start normally.

When I finally went to ask the staff myself, I was suddenly told that I could start. I do not understand why I was left waiting without any explanation or guidance. This raises serious concerns about whether the staff simply forgot about me, acted negligently, or intentionally ignored the situation.

Although I was playing as a single, I was eventually told to start alone, which made the entire handling even more confusing and unacceptable. I have played at this course many times in the past, but the starter staff today was by far the worst I have ever experienced.

I would also like to note that the check-in counter staff were very polite and professional, which makes the poor behavior of the starter staff even more disappointing. Frankly, this experience made me wonder whether I was treated this way because I am Japanese.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and review the conduct and training of the starter staff to prevent this from happening again.
