Mission Lakes Country Club

It was 1/2 hour from Palm Desert but well with the drive.

Made the 40 minute drive from Indian Wells to Desert Hot Springs to play this course again but ended up getting rained out after 8 holes. Staff did not give a rain check as round paid for by Golf Now. In the end Golf Now in discussion with the course (a week later) provided a hot deal credit for the price paid for the round. I've booked a new hot deal looking forward to enjoying the round at Mission Lake I was hoping for.

Never been rained off a course at Palm Springs till now. Holes 10,11&12 were not even open & many courses in the area were closed. Booked a hot deal time through Golf Now and was a big fan of this course promoting it to other golfers and making a point of driving 35-40 minutes from Indian Wells to Desert Hot Springs to play it. Upon arrival, staff said they tried calling & left a VM but phone shows no call & no VM.Told us if it gets too bad to play to come in & they would "see what they could do" Played 8 holes in light rain but hole 9 downpour was biblical. So now quite drenched called it a day & went in to get a rain check. Staff in pro shop talked in back office & told me the pro would have to call me to "let me know what they could do". Left name, cell # & email address but have yet to hear back & I doubt I will before vacation ends. Sadly front office staff isn't empowered enough to give a customer a "9 hole rain check" during a rain out day. Instead they gave me a coupon for reduced rates on pro shop merchandise . Typically rain checks are issued without hesitation if weather ends your round but I guess if you bought your round through Golf Now there's no incentive for them to do anything. Unfortunately in the future there's not much incentive to make the drive to play the course or to continue to recommend it to others. Sad

Quite sure I reviewed weeks ago already. Impeccable greens and fairways for this time of year. Love the two ball washes per tee. Great carts. Everything has been thought out and well maintained.

All positive and a very challenging layout for all levels of golfers!

Perfect condition. Every detail thought of, from two ball washes per tee, to carts with very well behaved brakes. We didn't play as well as we'd liked but tremendously enjoyed the round nonetheless.

We only played 9 holes because of 37mph wind. The pro shop gave us a 9 hole credit. I will be returning soon. It was my first time at this course and it was challenging and had some very unique holes.

It was so windy impossible to play onlt did 9 holes but really 7.

Great shape for November golf. Golfed a few other courses in the area - and Mission Lakes was in the best condition. 3 hour round - after lunch. Perfect!

Great course. Very scenic. Staff could use some courtesy training
