Mission Lakes Country Club

A few fairways need work. However, in their defense, that area was hit hard a couple of times by storms. This is a great golf course! First time golfing here and we really enjoyed it quite a bit. Friendly staff and a food cafeteria with drinks and food! Great chipping and putting area. Only a net for a range. The regular range for members only. That part sucked. Great experience here!!!

This is a beautiful course with a great design/layout. The fairways and greens are in excellent condition for late July...After playing the front nine our group decided to take a break from the heat and have lunch at the onsite cafe (Sand Wedge Cafe). This cafe has excellent food and good prices. After lunch we finished the back nine. Of the many courses I've played in the desert, this is definitely one of the best and a must play.

Gorgeous track with stunning views and inventive holes, in beautiful shape. Highly recommend a visit to this gem. I golf alot in the Coachella Valley and this one rates very highly in my book. I'll be back with my buddies for sure.

The course was in excellent condition. I’ve played all over the low desert and the conditions at mission lakes are as good as any. It’s a hidden gem.

Greeted super courteously by John in the pro shop who took the time to explain the course layout to me and though as a single I was paired with others he offered me and the others the option to go it solo. As it was my first time there and the 2 some I was to join were a nice couple so I didn’t want to spoil anyone else’s day. Larger groups offered to let me play through as I neared them rather than waiting for a few holes before they recognized me as most courses in SoCal have very different me generation type clientele who act like they’ve never seen a single on the course. Very cool. The layout is mostly up or down gently sloping but holes 10-12 offer seriously challenging and fun elevation changes and gorgeous views of the Coachella Valley and San Jacinto and San Gorgonio peaks. Add absolutely immaculate greens and gorgeous tee boxes, this may be my new favorite track in SoCal. Having played better than a 100 courses in SoCal over the last 40+ years or so that is saying something. While I would like to keep this a secret, it’ll be nice to see this course last well into the future and I know that only happens if they the keep course busy. So, if you go based on my review please be respectful and courteous towards others and use your best course etiquette so you don’t spoil this beautiful gem for everyone.

Condition of course was fantastic, fairways were mostly very good. Greens are perfect a little slow but very fair. The traps are fair and in great condition. Its a challenging course especially during the afternoon winds. Going back and play again soon. I'm 80 yrs old and will be back to break my age again.

Course in great shape. Pace of play was excellent. Will come back to play here again!

Well maintained golf course with super smooth greens! Friendly staff and great pace of play! 18 holes in 3.5 hrs! Highly recommend if you are in the area! Hidden gem amongst the hundreds of courses in the area!

If you get the chance to play here, DO IT and consider yourself lucky! Almost every hole has something interesting about it, whether it’s the bunkering, doglegs, or clusters of mature trees, there’s lots of unique challenges. Holes 10-12 are some of the best in the Coachella Valley, with hole 11 being an absolute beast! Being at elevation on the north side of the valley opens up uncommon, breathtaking views of San Jacinto and San Gorgonio, as well as the greater Palm Springs area. There is no range for guests, but they do have a large, solid net. Customer service was top notch in every way. I was very impressed and would play here again in a heartbeat

Good layout and course is in good condition. NEEDS A RANGER. 3-4 groups all jammed up at one hole because they were not keeping pause. To many beginners and two or three we’re having a birthday outing. We jumped ahead 3 holes and everything was fine but only played 15 holes. I’ll try it again sometime.

What a difference playing from the correct tees. As a senior playing from the silvers was a bit much (578 par 5, 232 par 3 for a 210-220 driver)last week. Played golds and perfect match for how I hit & play. Course in just great condition only thing tough was the weather teeing off at 92 F and finishing at 100 F. Really enjoyed the play and would recommend to my friends all day long. Practice green and chipping greens were being punched this day which resulted in the discounted rate but sometimes you have to maintain things if you want them in great condition. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Palm.
