Course needs knowledgeable Marshalls. Quit after 13 holes of ridiculous waiting behind foursomes not playing "READY" golf!!!

Tough conditions, un-level tee boxes, burnt out areas.

Business is real estate here now not golf.

Turned the last par 3 form a 4 to build townhomes.

This course has great potential but obviously no maintenance budget. The course layout is great, with lots of variety between holes, and panoramic views on the back nine holes. However the course conditions are terrible. The tees and fairways are largely dirt, with almost no turf. The bunkers are an unplayable mixture of hardpan and nylon mesh.

Also, there is no clubhouse (only a construction trailer) and no range.

Course conditions are terrible. The “fairways” aren’t “fair” - they’re poor. The tee boxes are patchy and rough and the cart paths are dirt tracks.

All that’s a shame because the actual course is in a great location with spectacular terrain and views. It has so much that’s gone to waste due to the lack of maintenance and neglect. And that’s all overlooking the fact that the ProShop and Clubhouse are in an Atco Trailer due to construction.

Not impressed.

Due to construction, the course was difficult to find, but once there there’s no driving range, which was awkward. The layout was okay, but the course was difficult, given time it can be mastered. There were some awesome mountain views

This course is incredible. Front 9 is pretty straight forward with some tricky shots sprinkled in but it’s nice. The back 9 however, that is where this course earns its stripes. It’s so beautiful and well laid out as you go up higher into the foothills.

The parking lot had some construction which isn’t too big of an issue but something to know. They also don’t have a driving range which is shocking for how nice the course is, but it doesn’t change anything for me I’ll just waste the good swings at the range.

Really nice course and had a great time.

Valley side of course is open and easier the the mountain side of the course.

At one time I’m sure this was a nice course but not so much now. There is on going construction on a new club house so check in is in a trailer. The course had little grass on the fairways but was wet so they are trying to grow some. The layout is fun particularly on the back 9 and the greens were true and fast. However I would not drive out from Palm Springs to play again.
