Under construction

The clubhouse parking lot is totally under construction, so be prepared. Alex in the parking lot was great to take our clubs and take them up to the pro shop Can’t bring cards to the parking space and it’s quite a walk getting them from the parking lot up to the pro shop because of construction..

Robert, the starter pro shop staff very friendly..

It’s a tough course back nine really scenic..

By next year, all the construction of the pro shop parking lot will be completed. Will be a really fine resort course once that’s completed…

Needs some work

This course is currently under a major renovation and is a construction zone. There are numerous apartment buildings going up on the course, and a new club house is being built. Very confusing for first timers on where to go from the minute you turn into the parking lot. You can call for a shuttle to pick you and your clubs up, otherwise it’s a good hike to the temporary pro shop through construction fencing and barricades. This is temporary and I’m sure will be beautiful when done. The actual course… they need to put some work into. There was very little green grass in the fairways, or even actual grass for that matter, and some of the t-boxes were in rough shape. The greens for the most part were decent. More water needed everywhere!

On a positive note, the layout provides some unique and scenically beautiful holes. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions in maneuvering around/through the construction.

This course has great potential but obviously no maintenance budget. The course layout is great, with lots of variety between holes, and panoramic views on the back nine holes. However the course conditions are terrible. The tees and fairways are largely dirt, with almost no turf. The bunkers are an unplayable mixture of hardpan and nylon mesh.

Also, there is no clubhouse (only a construction trailer) and no range.
