Fairways very sparse. Greens were fast and in good shape. Course weaves in and out of residences.

Pricing too high for course conditions
The fairways were very rough compared to Eagle Falls in Indio which is $125/round.
Course is longer than Shadow Mountain which is priced at $85, but that course is in better shape.

Not up to winter standards
This course has no driving range, the bar and restaurant were either closed or totally unused. The fairways were playable but not comparable to other courses. The layout is good and the greens were good.

Don’t come
This course is in horrible condition. they have no driving range. They allow fivesomes that slow pace of play down. For $115 per round there are numerous other courses in town to play for cheaper.

Course needs work
This was a course where some type of distracting work was being done on each hole. Hated having to drive cart on the public street over and over. Sawing , tree trimming, lawn care, barking dogs, etc etc. Too much going on here for an enjoyable round.

Course condition
Greens were in very good shape. The fairways were pretty beat up. The staff explained it was due to overseeing and weather issues.

For the cost we played a much better maintained course at another location.

Seen better days
The greens were fine but the fairways have suffered from neglect. There are many better options at a similar price.

Great greens, patchy fairways, super staff
I really like to golf here. Looks like the fairway oversees did not catch this year. Greens were superb. The staff is so friendly and the restaurant was great. Overall I love golfing here, too bad about the fairways this winter.

No practice facility other than a small driving net.
Front nine is in pretty rough shape.
