Disappointing
Although the price of a round is very reasonable for the area the course conditions, particularly the fairways and rough were terrible. The only reason I gave this course 2 stars was because the greens were quite good and we were able to play our round in about 4 :15.

A nice enough day. Fairways are really in rough condition. Greens are in great shape. Very fast if you like fast greens. Value too high for the course conditions.

Course is in poor shape
Fairways are hard and half dead. Bunkers have very little sand. Greens are fast but also hard. This is.a nice layout that needs some TLC

Interesting layout with all the streets to cross and alleys to navigate. Greens were in very good shape with a consistent roll. Bunkers need a little work.

Challenging greens
Fairways a bit ragged but greens were difficult to read and made the putting a good challenge.

PDCC
They put their money into the greens and tee boxes. Fairways are in rough shape. Sand traps are hard pan. Greens run fast and true. This course should have a better value price point but this is the age we live in.

Fun layout but the greens and fairways were in really bad shape. Poor value for the price. The marshall was pretty rude.

Fairways skinny
Most of my lies in the fairway landed on dormant grass it is hard not to want to bump your ball onto a green patch

Nice layout
Nice layout, a bit rough due to no over seeding . Flat course, bunkers and some water. Nice greens.

Pretty expensive for little value
Food was awful and the course , especially the front 9, In very bad shape . Weeds and holes , empty patches along fairways . Shocked that this course is so spendy . Even the locals warned us pre round that it was not very nice .

First time at Palm Desert CC
This was my first time at this course so I don’t have a comparison except to other PSP courses I’ve played. the ProShop staff was friendly and shop looked well stocked. Chipping and putting area are very fine but they only have a two space - net to warm up full swings.
I’d suggest the course create “combo” ratings to make it more interesting for repeat users. The red was too short but the white a bit too long would have been nice to combine these. Starts out with two Par 5s.

The greens were in good shape
The fairways were not in good shape and the surrounding home were in poor conditions. There was a pile of dis old useless equipment in the shop area which could be seen from the fairways

Great Course
Good layout, great greens. Fairways not as good as last year when we played. Early morning tee time so pace of play was perfect. Will likely play again.
