Tough to review fairly. Wet conditions especially on the back. Green had been punched 3 weeks ago and are not all the way back.

The weather was awful but managed to get 7 holes in. Vinny in the pro shop was great and gave us a rain check for 9 holes. It's a great place to play. A very classy establishment. You will definitely enjoyed the experience

Probably one of the best courses in the area. Hats off to the GM, staff and course groundskeepers!!! Job well done.

Always a good time! Green were very slow and somewhat bumpy. Not enough to give the course a 5 star rating!!! Kudos to the groundskeeper's !

I've been playing at Rosedale for probably 20 years now. My biggest complaint that I've always had there is a golf carts are ancient. I think it's about time for you guys to update them. It's crazy when heritage harbor has some of the nicest golf carts in the area. But I will always say it's my favorite course in the area.

The course was set up very nice. Tight, lots of trees and vegetation along the fairways. I like this layout in the Florida hot weather. However, the putting greens were still recovering from aeration so more than half were bumpity, bump, bump.

I played in a twosome in the afternoon. Pace was good but the greens were freshly aerated and heavily sanded as they are at this time of the off season. Consequently, it was near impossible to get a true roll on the ball which was disappointing. However, the rest of the course from tee to green is in perfect shape. The cart didn't have GPS so I had to use my voice caddie for distances. The practice range is fantastic but alas the practice greens were also aerated.. It is a challenging layout with most fairways lined with trees on both sides of water penalty areas. Still a fun time on a nice golf course at a fair price.

The course was in great condition and only a few days from being in perfect condition. The greens still have perforations from aeration, but don't let it deter you. The reason for 4 stars was simply due to timing. Had i waited for the greens to fully restore, this would be a 5 star review.

The greens were so bad they shouldn’t even be charging people to play. I understand it needs to be done but whatever machine they use leaves 1in OD holes, plus filled with sand. I’ll be back but not anytime soon.

Nice course however greens had been hollow tined and sanded so we’re very bumpy. Good value for price paid though.

Punched Greens, overgrown fairways. Not a good experience.
