White/Blue at Myakka Pines Golf Club

The course was in great shape and the staff very friendly, but the wind seized the day for us. It was expected, but the gusts were over 30 mph!

Great spot very friendly course was good played with some great people

Pace of play was slow, players before us had no sense of consideration, or courtesy. 19th hole closed before 5, no water…otherwise great day, great course.

This course has greens that on a scale of 1-10 are a 10. The best in the area

Course was in great shape. Greens were lightning fast. I love fast greens so I was happy with them. Fun course and fair. I'll definitely play it again when I'm in the area again.

Much improved tees and greens! Very fast greens which I wasn't expecting. Fairways are good also. The hard work they put into the course conditions has definitely paid off. Will definitely play again!

After completing our round I set my clubs in the rack near the bag drop location entered the clubhouse. Went to the restroom washed my hands, when I returned to the rack where both my clubs and golf shoes had been left. My shoes were still there but my clubs were gone. I pointed this out to the employees who were helping at the end of the round. And they remembered that my clubs were there and now were gone. They indicated maybe someone took them mistakenly, I went into the pro shop and reported they were gone. They took my info,with the same story that maybe it was a mistake. It seems to me if it were a mistake another unclaimed set would be in the rack. Called the next day no luck, still club less reported as a theft to the Sarasota sheriffs department.

Security is lack, I have Iinadvertently left equipment at other courses and returned after a few hours with everything still where it was left or stored by the facility.

nice course but needs more grass. fairways are thin, and off fairways and sides very sparse. tough to get height on ball near greens. Good for

bump and run though. Greens roll nice but not

much break. Lots of Gators here.

Great course!!! Serene nature abounds, with no houses on this course. Sad it is going to close due to selling to a developer!! So, go play this course while you still can!!
