Enjoyable Golf Course
My wife and I have played Crown Park several times and each round has been fun. The staff is very friendly and the course layout is not overly difficult for us.
First time Played 10/06/21
Played on a Wednesday, and pace of play was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. Greens and fairways were in good shape. Greens were a little slow than we are used to, but putted well and had great shapes. Shot maker fairways with great views of trees and wildlife. We will keep this course on our places to play book.
Fun layout, but choose your landing areas carefully.
We come to Myrtle Beach once a year. Greens had been recently sanded but will come back because we loved their shapes. First time playing the course and our range finder died on the second hole. Fairways were marked to the green and a pic on the score card for every hole to show where the trouble was. Will play this course again.
Great course
This was really a quite nice course. Layout was great. The course itself was in great shape. Pace of play was slow, but not because of over crowding, the foursome in front of us were very old and slow moving. Would play it again
No southern hospitality
The good news. Is the course is in good condition The greens were really slow. The bad news is the pace was terrible - 5 hours. I guess this is a Myrtle Beach thing but it’s frustrating to pay almost twice what locals pay. This is the first time I’ve seen anything like that with GolfNow. And dont expect any love from the staff. The cart guy was nice but the pro running the shop was not the friendly sort
Crown Park
Crown Park has gone to the next level with all areas of the course from Tee to Green......Cant wait for the Fall Season that is here!! This year has been incredible experiencing how Crown Park has improved all areas of the Course!!!
Decent course
Many holes take driver out of your hands which is fine but they need a better way of providing some sort of yardage book to help with shot selection. While the course itself was good, we were abruptly delayed at the fourth hole because two groups of 3 decided to play as a group of 6! Frustrating to say the least. Called the pro shop to break them up but nobody showed up. I skipped a hole just to pass them by and played the remaining 12 holes in less than 2 hours.
We do have a yardage book for sale in the pro shop for 3.00. If it's the groups of 3 are the ones I'm thinking of they have been told to play separate on numerous occasions but they just ignore us. Hopefully you enjoyed yourself enough to come see us again.

Great course. Pace was slow and understandable due rain past few days and keeping the carts off the fairways

Great little course hidden in the woods! Layout is fun and a little challenging too

That day was very slow I admit but Sundays are ladies day which can lead to slower play. Depending on time of day you played I might have been your cart guy so thank you for the kind words.
