About
Golf at Grande Dunes and Beach Club in North Myrtle Beach is played on a grand scale. The course is set high on a bluff overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, with panoramic views of the waterway and maritime forest. It's 7,618 yards, with a very difficult slope rating of 141. Five holes play along the waterway. The greens are grand, averaging 10,000 square feet with eight rotating pin placements, ensuring the course changes significantly from day to day. There is plenty of water, to be sure: the par-5 17th hole has water running down the entire left side and a moat fronting the green, for example. There are also some nice elevation changes; the par-3 14th hole has about a 65-foot drop, with the green jutting out over the waterway.

This course was amazing the staff was great food was great pace of play was perfect definitely gonna play here again
Great Course
Wide open fairways, not a hard course but fair. Lots of fun. Great conditions. Greens have legs and run quite a bit shoot short.
Great course!
In Myrtle Beach, you have lots of choices where to golf. Grande Dunes is one of the best courses I've played, ANYWHERE! Course is in fantastic shape, great practice facilities and super friendly staff. Certainly will be back again!!
Exceeded Expectations
I saw mostly good reviews before I played but there were a couple negative ones. Not sure what the people saw who wrote the negative reviews. I was mostly corned about what one or two people said about the greens. Well, the greens were in tremendous shape. I play some very nice courses and the greens at Grande Dunes are up to the standards and then some. Also, some of the best bunkers I have ever played out of. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Only 9 holes
I paid for 18holes and when I arrived I was told it was only for 9 holes.
Great place to play
Very well maintained golf course with enjoyable layout.
I had fun playing two back to back rounds.
First time played
Nice resort-type layout. Large pro shop and all facilities. Course is quite long (Green tees yardage is 5895). Large greens were very clean, fairways lush. I’ll go back.
Easter Golf
Course in great shape. Played in less than 4 hours. Enjoyed the great variety of holes.

My new favorite course in Myrtle Beach! Right up there with True Blue and Caledonia.
