Siena Golf Course

Overall a fun, fairly well maintained, modestly challenging play. The rough was a bit long but I think that's because of the overseeding they did last month. Water and forced carries come into play on a few holes. Only knocks I would have are on a couple holes, houses are a little too close to play for my liking, and the track is not worth the non-resident rate. If you can get a resident or discounted rate, I'd say play here. If you have to pay the non-resident rate, then I would avoid.

What a beautiful golf course. The fairways and greens were outstanding.

The staff specially Bill was such a gentleman, that made my entire game better.

Will definitely be back many more times.

I have played this course multiple times and have generally enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the worst one yet. Pace of play was absolutely unacceptable. We had to wait on every single hole and decided to call it quits after the front 9 took us 2.5 - 2.75 hours.

This course is always muddy. In the middle of the summer it's muddy. Poor water management. Also, very little sand in traps. In the desert no less.

Not impressed with the rental clubs. Played at your sister club (arroyo) and had top of the line Taylor Mades.

The course is nice. But the pace of play is really slow.

The golf course was in great shape and the staff was extremely friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent with excellent service. I would definitely recommend this course.

Greens were pretty iffy but the rest of the course seemed like it was in decemt shape. The pace of play was extremely slow.

Lots of overseeding around town and this track continuously seeds so it is a good go in September. Greens seemed a little slow and occasionally bumpy, but otherwise the course is in great shape and has fully recovered from the fungus issues from a few years ago. Pace was great early and got done in under 3 hours. Staff was friendly and on top of things.

Siena is a must play. Course has good layout and character

The shop doesn’t ask you if you’re playing as a resident or non resident, so they charge you the 76$ instead of the 58$ your supposed to pay. You have to ask yourself. Which is unprofessional as it gets. Then you have the soccer golf tee boxes and giant holes in the middle of the fairways which are a joke to even see on a course for 76$. Greens are punched and you have to putt the ball as if each shot was 100 feet away. The fairways and around the greens are shotty and there are random dead, dry and unplayable spots around the greens and fairways so you’re lucky if you don’t find trouble in the fairway. The tee boxes were uncut, extremely fluffy, which isn’t how any tee boxes should be. Practice area is decent except you can’t go get your ball or play your ball if your 6 feet to the right Of the fairway on 18 and 12. There is no chipping green To practice on and the putting green which is punched as well has 11 signs that says no chipping, so practice area chips it is I guess. Starter tries to get you out 45 minutes before your tee time is very rude about it if you decline. I’ve played this course before a couple times, this time being the biggest joke out of the 3. Save your money and head out to Paiute or literally any other course and enjoy your round not dread it. Cart guys were nice, and they did have a gentleman drive up and down the course asking people if they were missing a club, but that’s about it for the pros. This is the first review I’ve written a poor response to, it’s just insane that they have the audacity to charge anything higher than 30$ for any tee times at all.
