Great Value
Had a great time at The Duke. We were behing a really slow 4 some and it backed up my foursome and two groups behind us. No ranger to help that but still finished in 4 hours. Likely coulda saved 30-45 minutes. Grass was great all around! Sand was decent mostly but not raked well. Greens were awesome! For the price there isnt a much better value
great course as usual
had my best round of my life. been golfing since 1986 and i was one under at 15.. then there were a foursome in front i caught up to (I was single) and they were doing donuts on the par 3 fairway. I didnt want to be around them so i left and it was full at the rest of the holes so i left. Course is very easy and fun to play. Been a professional long driver for 20 years and if you can drive it far and straight here there are plenty of birdies to get
Duke is the Man
Enjoyed playing here for the first time. Course in very good condition. Greens were especially in good shape. Water features are well maintained and attractive. Staff excellent and welcoming.
Great track and value
3 45 round friendly staff, great conditions exelent value, who could ask for more. Must play if in maracopa
Nice for the price
Booked this as a hot deal. The greens were in good shape, nice tee boxes and the fairways were OK. Played in just over 4 hours.
Great value and course
Every year we play here never disappoints the price the conditions the pace of play such a good course worth the longer drive from Scottsdale always enjoy playing here
Fun
One of the most enjoyable courses I have played. Coming from New England it was really enjoyable to have some wide open fairways. Course was fun and priced well. I think it is worth the trip in the Phoenix area.
Never again
Multiple groups waiting for groups ahead to get on the green begore seeing off. Three 4 person groups of senior citizens playing multiple tee boxes hitting 150 yards on average waiting for proof groups to begin putting. 5 hours 16 holes and left. Called rangers multiple times and they just drove by and said nothing to sny of the groups
Worth the drive
The drive from Glendale was about an hour and 10 minutes. At first, my wife thought that was too far to go. But I got a good discounted rate, and had never played here before. Course conditions were nice, the greens are fast and it’s hard to lose a golf ball here.
My wife bragged to some friends about how beautiful the course was. So I guess it was worth the drive.
