BKR Duke 4-14-2025
Great 9 holes with overall course condition above average. Staff provide for a friendly environment. We had dinner as well and all was above satisfactory.
Course in good shape
The course was in good shape and a fun course to play. Enjoy the challenging holes and the bunkers were in decent shape. Overall a great course to play.
Pretty fair condition
Easy to find. Easy check in. Can’t take carts to car. Ice in chests and sand on carts. Carts getting used and wind shield pretty hazy. Tees getting chewed. Fairways good. Roughs are playable. Bunkers with sand. Greens putt nice and are fairly fast. Water buckets for towels. Drinking water on course. Lots of brush removal going on. Played in 3:40. Price fair today
Hidden secret golf course
I would certainly play it again. Great conditions. Easy drive down from Phoenix. It compared to a lot of the great courses in Palm Springs
Greens are awesome
This is a solid course.
The good:
- greens are excellent and fast
- practice facility is nice
- bar and grill have beautiful views
- Fairways are in good shape
The Bad
- rough is not great
- sand traps are fair not great
Definitely worth playing when under $100
We noted the course improvements since last there one year ago. Thank you Duke! We look forward to our next visit.
Staff never asked or offered insight on course layout to first timers. Definitely a locals course with us visitors being out of place. Carts were dirty with no GPS. Had to find my own scorecard. Took your money and sent you on your way. Too many good courses in area to play this one again.
Great Course!
It's always a pleasure to play The Duke. However, like all Phoenix-area golf courses it is expensive.
Super happy with our group
Course Lay out was great The greens were pretty quick and extremely challenging which we appreciated. Staff was amazingly friendly everywhere. I would recommend Golf here.
