Scottsdale Silverado Golf Club

Talk about a huge decline in customer service. This was one of the greatest courses in Scottsdale. Now its a poorly ran place thats only good if you like smelling weed. All the cart girls have left who were awesome. Times have changed.

Me and my friends grabbed a 7am tee time for $84 after green fees etc. and my God was this course in terrible condition. The fairway was really just wet dirt/mud with some grass sprinkled in. The greens were bumpy and sandy. The staff was great as usual and the cart girl was very nice.

Not worth $80 in this condition.

Greens were scalped, punched, and sanded. No mention of that on GolfNow or when you called to book.

The course had a lot of bare/dead areas and mud.

Bunkers have plenty of sand but were soaked mud.

Terrible conditions today. The round was 4:45-5 hours, so that always hurts.

Normally, fun short gettable track with a fun layout. Played it a bunch. But for 90$ and no mention of the conditions, no way. Really disappointed to take the boys out there today.

Update your course conditions, that’s the right thing to do…..

It was ok, no practice range and we weren’t notified when booking that the greens were punched a day or two before but this time of year it’s normal. Oh well. We played at 6am, got through in 4 hours. The only ranger/marshall waited for us after 9 to tell us we were slow (2 hour front 9), said they don’t follow the 4ish hours pace of play rule but that they play keep up with the group in front of you pace. He was an idiot. The rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Course conditions will be better in a few weeks.

Greens were recently aerated. Had to play front 9 twice. Putting was lousy with aeration and so much sand on the greens. Not worth the cost of play. Golf Now did NOT have notice of current course conditions when booked online.

Very forgiving course, wide open fairways. Fast greens. Finished in 4 hours with a foursome. Course is in great shape. Soft tee boxes. Long scenic golf cart segues between holes. Cool par 3 on 18th.

The cart guys are awesome and so friendly they always take care of you but there is this black guy and white guy always working outside and I always have to hook them up because they are so friendly and will do anything you need!

This course is in excellent shape for the summer. Honestly, the customer service and staff are top notch. I would 10/10 recommend this course to anyone who is on the fence. Fairways are in very good shape. I only saw 2 dry spots the entire round. The pace of play was phenomenal. I will be playing this course more often!!

We got stuck behind a foursome that were soooo slow. The ranger stopped to let us know that they are a regular group and apologized to us. Why are earth are you apologizing to us instead of tell them to speed it up??? They not only held us up but the 3 groups behind us.

Our first time playing an 18 hole course with a cart!!!! Very forgiving course!!! We did not lose any balls!!! We were thrilled with the course, the staff and views!!!
