The greens had just been aeriated had I known this when I booked on golf now I wouldn’t have played. Most all other courses on gn will tell you when they have been aeriated. Plus the sand traps had more grass than sand

This course has a nice layout with plenty of wide open space and hardly any home lined fairways. Greens rolled true but were still recovering from being recently punched. Fairways were good, however the bunkers are unplayable due to weeds and lack of maintenance, the rough made it incredibly difficult to find balls, even 12” off the fairway. Also areas around the greens were bare and overall the course appeared to be understaffed on the maintenance side of things. Tee boxes were all in very poor condition and hard as a rock. For $45 there are better choices closer to Tampa. Shame, could be a great course if kept up.

Greens were recently punched, price should have been reduced or at least reported that greens were punched.

Except for the bunkers & recently punched green's; course was in great shape. One of the best layouts in the Tampa public golf area. Although, all bunkers in horrible shape. Only a few were playable. It looked like they were moving to let them grow in & eliminate them totally. & I'm not exaggerating. And it's time for new carts. I do love the course. And I will be back.

Fairways in very good condition. Most greens were in good condition and rolled nicely. Bunkers were horrendous with weeds growing in them and many pebbles and rocks. In terrible shape and let go. Pace of play on back nine very slow. They let a foursome in on hole 10 in front of group ahead of my group. Carts in bad shape and cart paths in need of repairs.

Beautiful course but I guess they just decided to Let the sand traps go completely, they were so full of grass they needed a mower run through them. Greens and fairways were in beautiful shape except for being a little swampy from all the rain but that’s the story this time of year. Will look forward to playing again when the weather dries up.

The course wasn't looking like much when I first pulled up to pro shop, but after getting a small bucket of balls and getting on range I could tell was going to be a nice course. And after starting my round, I was completely shocked by the pristine course conditions. I recently played El capeone at mission inn and this course was just as nice as that.

Hopefully you record this review. After almost every course I review I get another request for a review of the same courses. Annoying.
