Everything went well at the course. My only gripe was that the tees were in rough shape.
Fun course
Fun and challengeing, just need to weed the greens
nice course
some areas were still wet, I was disappointed with grass on the greens, getting contaminated with weeds. I would still play this course again,

The course was in good condition and fun to play.....no water hazards and wide fairways made the round even more enjoyable. Pace of play ( of 6 hours ) for me and my buddy was the only negative part of our round. School children ( some playing for the first time ) were in front of us playing in a tournament.....held up the entire field behind us and to make matters worse, they were teeing it up from the blue tees.....We didn't understand why they were playing on a championship course instead of an executive one....??
Good course in nice shape. Greens very true. Not real fast but sneaky quick.overall good day. Very fair but challenging course.will be back. Hidden gems like this are hard to find.

Greens were fast fairways cut ver6 short and roughs were reasonable in length.
Course in better condition than expected
Given the amount of rain we had last week I expected the course to have a lot of wet areas. Pleasantly surprised to see only a few spots that remained a bit soggy. Traps are hit or miss; some have been maintained while others have been let go due to covid restrictions. Greens in very good condition and rolling true. Layout on back nine is one of the most enjoyable in the area, with no housing, beautiful views, and some nice elevation changes.
Course condition
Tried Hernando Oaks after recommendation from a few people.Layout was great with some interesting holes.I guess with all the rain lately the course was somewhat soggy.Greens for the most part were good.Fairways need some attention ,alot of weeds.Sand traps were terrible.Will give it a try again when they get back to better conditions.Hopefully they can get the mowes out and get things in order.
Hidden Gem
By a courty mile the best course in the area with an affordable price. Green are immaculate and the food in the bar is top notch!!
Much more fun when not wet
We were restricted to cart paths all day. I have played this course quite a bit and it is much more fun when dry. It plays very long when wet and even though the greens become more receptive. Because you can't get any roll and you have to hit such a long shot in it takes that advantage away. Still, wet or dry a fantastic layout with a couple of easy par fours, except for 17 which with a par there you will feel like you just won the US Open. Not so long par threes, but still quite challenging. Plus the par fives are not give me's, you have to work for your par, but execute the right shots and you will get birdie tries. Play this course once and you will want to return, just that simple.
Greens
I wasn’t told the greens were just punched, but it was still a great day. Fairways in excellent shape. Will be back
