Great day for golf
I played by myself and two foursomes let me play thru, after the third hole I didn’t have the wait for anyone. The course played great and the greens putted well. I played my best game this year. I will return and try to beat my round. Great course, good staff, keep up the hard work.
Great layout
One of the best layouts in the area. Greens are in great shape.
Quiet
Booked online the day before we played (Saturday) and expected it to be busy. Not the case, it had rained hard overnight and turned much colder (61). Went round in 3 hours as the course virtually empty. Had we not caught up with a three ball on the fourteenth, we would have gone round in under 3 hours. Given the weather the course was in OK condition and greens running well. Have played this course many times while on holiday and will continue to visit. Good value and new amenities for food make it very a worthwhile location to visit.
Can't beat the value
The course was in very good shape. I didn't have to roll my ball over in the fairways and the greens were very consistent from hole to hole. The course has some original look par 3s. Nice drives from green to tee through the wilderness. Nice layout. Arguably the best course you can play in Hernando County for under $30 on a regular basis.

Greater course. It may be better next time. Presently there is indicate snac facilities. Only two tables.
As advertised
Course was in great shape with the exception of one tee box, greens are quick and true, can't beat the price for a course that plays as good as this one.

I love Hernando Oaks the staff is so friendly and the course is great. We got rained out but are playing Monday. I’ve played there many times. Never disappoints

This is a very nice course. I have played several courses in the area and this is best course I have played. The course layout is interesting and the greens were in very good condition.. I definately will put this course into my rotation.

Very good shape friendly people played as single but Pace was very good even following several foursomes!! Nice course not perfect bt greens pretty good shape!! Fun to play!!
Played here before.
It's a nice course, fairways were a little dry since not much rain the last month. Greens can be tricky, both breaks and speed. They're changing to a new restaurant/bar but no alcohol yet. Couldn't get a beer after the round. Teed off at noon, done by 3:00. Dollar-wise, a great deal.
SLOWWWWW PLAY!!!!!!
I love this course but the slow play agonizing. I thought I was going to have to call EMS for the twosome ahead of us just to see if they had a pulse.
I love playing this track.
This is a really good layout. Several tight fairways make this a shot makers course. Greens are well kept, and they have some " bite" to them. You can get a little brave with a short iron in hand. I love it.
