I have played here several times, and am impressed with the maintenance effort. Not a PGA course, but I love the layout, the overall conditions from Tee to Greens are average-to-above average, and well worth the Golfnow Hot Deal $.

The golf course is on great condition, we were able ton play on the green that even they were treated. We were able to play very well.

Great layout, with some challenging holes. But the course needs a little more maintenance....tee boxes look like the rough, greens were aerated, bunkers were mudholes on some holes.

What a great course to play at an incredible GolfNow Hot Deal price. A definite must play again. Course was virtually empty and our twosome was playing at a nice pace of 1.5 hours for the front nine, and then we ran into a foursome on the twelfth hole, who had no one in sight in front of them and would not let us play through, despite seeing us waiting in our cart, off to the side of the tee area for the last six holes, as they were teeing off. I don’t know where people are taught golf ettiquette, but obviously this foursome must of missed that class. On several occasions, when they turned around and saw us waiting while they were standing in the fairway waiting for one of their group to hit (and not playing ready golf), they easily could have motioned for us to play through. This of course has nothing to do with the golf course but it is a note to those people who read this, to think about being considerate to the people playing behind you.........especially if no one is in front of you and if you can see the group behind you is constantly waiting for you to hit and move on. Needless to say, it took us another three hours to play the final six holes. Course was in great condition despite all the wet weather we’ve had recently. Other courses we’ve played recently were very wet or cart path only, but we really couldn’t find any areas here that we had to avoid because of standing water. Greens were relatively fast, and rolled well. Fairways were in great shape but several tee boxes were in need of some repair due to bare spots and rock hard ground. Overall, a pleasant surprise, it’s a great course when you think about all the other courses in the area that they have to compete with. This course is just as good and costs a lot less money.

One of the better courses in the area. The staff is very friendly and professional. Atmosphere is great. Although the course was very wet due to a lot of rain lately, the greens were still in great shape. It's a wonderful course and I love to play there. Charlie is super when it comes to taking care of the customers.

The Greens were surprisingly great. I have played here in the summer months before and they have been less than stellar. Right now, I would put them up against any I have played in the county recently. Even with the drastic amount of rain, the Fairways and Tee Boxes were in good shape, too. Definitely recommend.

Played by myself. Didn't wait on a shot all day! July in Florida, most people played in the morning. The course was in very good shape, and the greens were excellent. Typical Florida July shower for the last 4 holes to cool me off. Great day!

Greens are real nice. Tee boxes are in rough shape. Grass in the fairways a little thin. Nice design and a great value.

Course is in very good shape overall. The greens were EXCELLENT!! Great staff, friendly members....I will be back. The challenge was great which is not always the case for a low handicapper.

Overall impression was good with interesting holes, very friendly staff, some electric carts which I much prefer over gas, and fairways and greens that are well maintained. At the grill, they were very accommodating in giving out large bags of ice with your cold drinks inside, a very welcome amenity. On the needs improvement side, some bunkers didn’t have much sand and some had standing water in them (although to be fair, we just came off a week of rain). There were some soft spots on the fairways, again due to the great amount of recent rain. The course could use a few more fresh ice water stations as it is summer and this is Florida and it was Hot! The thing that I found distressing was the pace of play. Despite having booked a tee time, the wait on the first tee was nearly 40 minutes. I’d also heard that there were open holes between some groups that I think an on course ranger might have been able to correct.

I enjoyed my round and will definitely be playing there again, but hopefully not on a weekend which may improve the pace of play.

Would not play this again at present as the course is in bad shape. Fairways and tee boxes have all been scarified, so not good to play right now

Nice course BUT should tell people when I'm playing on airrated greens

The is a very nice course, with always good greens. From the white tees it gives you all you can handle, so if you’re a senior like me, you may want to move up. Beautiful setting with a lot of holes not surrounded by homes. Played in 4:15 for $17 on a great day. Try it I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Greens are in good shape but hard, high approaches don't leave any marks. Shots release. Tee boxes need some work. Fairway grass needs to grow a little. Nice design. Good mix of holes.

Greens are in great shape and fairly fast, alot of contour which makes them fun. Fairways have some sparse spots but over all nothing to worry about. We play here every year and always come back, great value for the money. See you again next year !

Hadn't played this course for a few years due to the decline in the conditions of the course. My partner and I have always liked the layout but it's a bit of a drive from Zephyrhills so we took a chance and gave it a go with a Hot Deal special. It's nice to see the course is coming back to form. Bunkers and tee boxes are still in need of attention but the fairways were okay and greens were in good shape. For 20 bucks it's a bargain. Once the rains come and the grass grows in this will be a top notch course again. Will return soon.
