Ken’s outing
Good course for the money but could use bunkers groomed to loosen the sands. Greens were great. Fairways fair in the middle, not so much along the fringes.
Going backwards
The past year the course had slowly improved but now it’s slipping again. Fairways are sparse and burning up. Rough is too tall making it difficult to locate a ball just off fairway. If you do find it, it’s like playing a links course and extremely difficult to hit out of. Curiously, this course sits empty most afternoons with $36 tee time posted and going um purchased. I’m sure if priced in low $20s many more would be purchased. Money left on the table.
Improved
While the increased rain has definitely helped it is obvious tha5 a lat of work has been put into the improved 9ndition of all portions of the course. Good job!
review
Course conditions are much improved from last year....the greens and fairways are cut close.....however, don't hit your ball in the rough cause it will cause you some "issues".....hit it straight and you won't have any problems....not too much water...although there are plenty of sand traps to catch an errant shot....overall, a nice course in great condition.....
Good deal for under $30. Conditions are improved due to all the rain. Greens were slow as usual. Bunkers need a lot of work that's not being done. The place is doing ok.
Nice Course
Greens were rolling true just a bit slow.
Fairways were filling in but still need work.
Looks like they have working on the sand traps.
Looking forward to playing again
Love the layout
Love the layout of this course. Course was in great condition, the only fairway that I saw needed work was 17. The greens are in great condition just need to be cut down a lil or rolled. I played 18 holes with a foursome in front of me in 3 hrs.
Ok
Rain has helped a lot to green things up. Pitting is still slow. Traps need a ton of work. For less than $30 it's worth a go.
Was skeptical
But after playing, it’s definitely not as bad as the reviews are saying. They are behind on mowing though and the rough was so long.
Most of the fairways are starting to come back, hopefully that season is behind them.
