About
The Silverthorn Country Club golf course has earned its challenging 132 slope rating through a combination of rolling terrain, unpredictable Florida Gulf Coast winds, and no less than 96 strategically-placed bunkers. Joe Lee designed this course and it offers a mixture of wide-open links-style holes and tight, tree-lined fairways. The 25,000 square foot clubhouse offers a scenic vista of Silverthorn's championship golf course, surrounding lakes and splendid Florida sunsets. This classic blend of southern charm and golfing tradition will create wonderful memories for your golf trip to Brooksville

Good value
Course was in pretty good shape and greens were excellent..some interesting water holes to navigate.

Nice Course.
Very busy in the morning. Slows down in the heat of the afternoon. Heat starting to take a toll on some fairways and greens. Overall a very playable course.

Nice course!
I really like this course, pace of play is kinda slow but this course has some hills and is a nice little gem of Hernando county!

Greens were better than expected. Not much grass in the Fairways. Bunkers need work. Great layout. For less than $20, a great deal.

great course
This was my second time playing there and I enjoyed the course. The bunkers need addressing and there's no rakes but other than that, I will keep playing this course.

Very satisfied overall, the fairways and bunkers were not in peak season conditions but the greens were in nice shape.
