Great course
I think I accidentally wrote a bad review for this course meaning to leave a review for Brooksville CC. Sherman hills is an amazing course and play here all the time
Terrible course and staff
Very rude staff, course was in terrible terrible condition, pace of play was terrible left after the 4th hole. Way too much money to play in a cow pasture.
Well worth the drive
An hours drive from Hernando but well worth it. Course was in great condition from tee to green. Front side is wide open...back side tighter. Course is very fair. Best conditioned course I've played while in Florida the past 2 months with the exception of Lake Jovita...and much more affordable. I highly recommend!
Very Nice Course
From check in to end with some drinks.
Very nice course for 52 dollars. Drove a hour to play this course, will do again, From Ocala Area, They need to go to this course, to see how grass grows, and there maintenance program. People in Ocala Area need to come play this course.

One of my favorite courses. In beautiful condition. They have really put a lot of work into these greens and fairways which are in great shape. Love this course

The course is in great condition, interesting layout, and challenging enough. Worth the trip!

Sherman Hills is always worth the drive the New Port Richey/Hudson area....the course is always in fine condition with nice fast greens and nice wide fairways.....however, we had a tough time playing as there was a men's group in front of us and it took us longer than usual to play 18 holes.....overall a very pleasant day....
Good Course for the money
Greens and fairways were in great shape for early spring.
I have been playing this course for years when visiting the area.
Good hilly course at a fair price
Drove up from Oldsmar because I like hilly courses, to play something new, and to get a good deal. Golfed with my son. Tee areas were a little bit weedy but overall a nice wide course with lots of elevation changes. Pace was 3:45 at 11:30am on a Sunday. I'd do it again. Staff was great!
Nice course
Course is in excellent shape, especially the greens. Pace of play was great!
Enjoyable Day
Haven't played this course in a few years and we enjoyed going back. Front nine not as challanging as the back nine. Greens were sometimes fast and sometimes slow, and seemingly always on a slope, making extra putts necessary. It's a fun course.
Better each time I play it.
You can get out of most trouble spots once you find them. Play it a couple of times and you'll figure out how to avoid them.
