Tee boxes, fairways, and greens in great shape. Rough is a little rough. Needs more water but can’t hate.

Best course around! From tee to green in really great shape.

Great shape, love the course, tale of 2 nines hilly front more trees in back,greens in great shape and you have to be able to read putts there ,not the hardest course but fun to play.

This definitely the nicest course in Brooksville hands down, and you can't beat the price.

Fairways and greens were in great condition. One of the toughest greens setup in this area.

Course is in real good shape from Tee to Green. The repairs on the back 9 were worth the wait.

Course is above average for this area. Fairways just ok, but better than others. Some bare and hard areas. Greens and sand traps good. Good value.

I’ll present the facts and you as the reader can come to your own conclusion on whether this is acceptable or not:

My dad and I booked a 9:42 tee time on golf now. We have played here in the past (years ago) and know we aren’t pulling up to Augusta National, so our expectations were tempered.

When we pulled in, the parking lot was chaotic and looked like a scramble was getting ready to go out. The man in the pro shop didn’t mention anything out of the normal and said to look for the starter on 1 tee to get us going. We pull up to the tee box around 9:30 and there are (no exaggeration) 20 carts waiting to tee off. We tried to find the starter who was nowhere to be found. We finally asked one of the others waiting what was going on, and were informed there is a “scramble” that all tee off on the 1st hole starting at 9am and there were 40+ players. The guy also laughed in my face when I told him we have a 9:42 tee time and said the last group in the scramble usually tees off at 10:30. This very same guy inferred this was a normal Saturday and the staff intentionally overbook and the guys in the scramble try and tell people not to book tee times around 9-10 when this occurs every weekend. He also suggested “just go start on 10 but don’t tell the staff because they’ll so no and make you wait.

Other things of note from my round:

-We did end up starting on 10

-I’m sitting here typing this on 2 tee box (our 11th hole) and there were 4 groups waiting to tee off

-will probably end up being around a 5 1/2, 6 hr round

Overall, course was in okay shape and some of the greens were better than they have been in the past. I will not be coming back.

The golf course is in great shape, I can’t find too many things to complain about. The golf carts are a little outdated, but they get you around which is what counts

I play here all the time. I love this course. It is immaculate tee to green every hole. Definitely worth the price.

The course is the best bang for your buck. The greens are in near perfect shape. In my opinion the course conditions are the best in the area.
