Roddy Ranch Golf Club

The course was in very good condition. The winds can kick up out here and you can get in trouble if you're off the fairways in the native grass areas. There are several sets of tees that can make this as challenging as you would like. I would play it again!

This is definitely one of the best "Golfnow" deals around. The course is challenging and requires accurate tee shots. The course uses the layout of the land(hills) to shape the holes. The greens are awesome...fast and smooth.

Lots of wind and long from the gold tees. Card says around 6600 yards but add 400 for the wind. Several tight tee shots and hidden trouble on this course but nothing a few rounds wouldn't fix. But it was fun and scenic as you work your way thru the course and the elevation changes were interesting and challenging. All in all a positive experience.

I really like Roddy...except when the wind is whipping at 20+ mph like it was yesterday. The course itself is in very good condition, but the wind made it pretty tough. Probably added 6-8 strokes. This is a GREAT course if you can get one of the online deals. At $50 it is a bit pricey.

Roddy is a wide open windy place to play with slick greens and good course condiitons. Pace of play was terrible for a Tuesday after 3pm. Made the turn in 3 hours...left the course at the 12th hole...ten minute waits on every hole...4-6 golf cart back-ups on every Par3 and on hole 6, which is a pcturesque Par5, but terribly designed with a forced lay-up off the tee. Easy to recommend on price and conditions...hard to recommend given unknowns like pace of play. Plus, cart girl leaves at 3pm...and the course never returns to the clubhouse except at #1 and #18.

Nice layout, some hidden greens. Luckily the ones played with had been there before, otherwise it would have been even trickier. Good shape and good pace (4hrs20mins Saturday). Beautiful views.

I played this course on a Sunday afternoon and the weather was great. The course seemed in good shape although some of the greens were a little on the lumpy side. I would say the only down side was the speed of play was very slow and after the first few holes it seemed like we were waiting at almost every hole thereafter.

Course layout and level of difficulties are very good, but, unfortunately, green condition was not good. Lots of sands on green and uneven, rugged, so ball was not roll and extremely slow.

Recently punched the greens and some of the greens are gonna need some work! Pace was decent at best. Overall a good day!

Greens punched and sanded but I knew before I booked tee time. HAD A GREAT TIME.

This is an excellent course with tees designed for each level of play...par 3's are very challenging,,,wind blows mostly towards the Delta but also with you and against you on several holes..only issue I had was they had the golf carts on path only on all par 3s and the keep carts out too far away from the greens...these two issues can make 18 holes of golf a very tiring episode...real hilly and lots of walking back and forth from the cart to your ball and back...loved the course and will go back...played the gold tees ...

Saturday afternoon round took six hours to complete, otherwise nice day.

Beautiful weather, good course, but had to wait on every tee box. I know weekends can be slow, but this round was exceptionally slow.

Won't return unless it is mid week or the tee time is before 10a.

Course conditions were ideal. Great deal for the price.

Course layout is challenging but fair if you keep it in the fairways. Course condition is outstanding and greens are in great shape.

Pace of play was terrible. Round took over five hours to play and we were unable to finish the round.

Roddy Ranch is a wonderful yet challenging course to play but pace of play is a serious issue. Greens were fast and true as always which I enjoy and the weather was a perfect 78 degrees. The pace of play issue is likely due to squeezing too many groups out onto the course because the slow play was not due to one slow group, rather it seemed like every hole had three groups on it at all times. Spreading out the tee times two extra minutes would do wonders for this course. Also, there is no food/beverages available at the turn since it's an "out and back" style course. They need to offer more options, we only saw the cart girl twice during a 6 hour round.

Challenging course, but lacking facilities. Restrooms were unclean. Pro shop is stlll in trailor. Didn't see dining area.

Played on a Thursday so the place of play was good and the course is in great condition. The staff is always friendly and they have great rates. This is my go to course, it's tough but fair and you can always expect a stiff breeze to increase difficulty. Gooo plaaaaay!!
