Terrible Pace
First they were so low on carts we had to wait and hope one came available before our tee time. Then starting with the 3rd home there were 2-3 groups on every tee box and the round was nearly 5 1/2 hours with waits on every shot. There are two holes that are just ridiculous from a playability standpoint and a few others that are overly difficult for the many.

HOLY. SLOW. PLAY.
Great views of the mountains. Wonderful and creative layout. Lots of dead and sandy areas, for some reason. Barren fairways at times. Nice staff. But mannnn they need a couple of cart rangers to speed up play, ensure that slower players pull aside. Agonizingly slow round. Easy to recommend if not such a long day.

poor course condition
the drainage is terrible on this course. little bit o rain and everything was so soggy. no carts led to a very slow pace of play.
marshall was non existent. drinks cart had a pathetic selection.
they should have discounted the rate due to no carts being allowed on the fairways.
Great
For some reason the 3rd hole always gets backed up and can cause a slight delay if the course is fully booked. But other than that, it’s one of the most exciting courses in terms of layout and difficulty. Nice variety of holes, and greens are always well kept everytime I’ve been. Staff is always friendly & considerate

Slow day
I have always enjoyed Dos Lagos! The course is great!
However it was the first time I played a 6 hour and 15 min round waiting on every hole and some of the holes were backed up 3 or 4 groups!
It wasn't raining but it had rained earlier in the week and the course was muddy so of course it was cart path only. This was fine as I've played many other courses cart path only. Not sure if it was one group way ahead that was holding everyone up but it made for a long day.

Great course and staff
Payed for a 1PM tee time. Didn't tee off until about 1:30 because we were waiting for golf carts and the course was pretty backed up. Pace was about 15-20 mins per hole.
Course was as expected for winter conditions. Dormant fairways so the grass is tan, but doesn't effect playability imo. Tee boxes could use a little work, but greens were in nice shape.
Staff was incredibly friendly at check in and during the post round beverage. Will definitely be back. Hopefully at an earlier time with a better pace.
