About
Located in the West Valley, Sundance Golf Club offers scenic views of the White Tank Mountains to the north and the Estrella Mountains to the south. Designed by Greg Nash, the golf course is unique in that it flawlessly blends lush green landscaping with Sonoran Desert washes and arroyos. The rolling terrain of this target-style course creates elevation changes that can affect play. Sundance Golf Club's signature hole is the par-3 sixth hole, which requires a precise shot over Sundance Lake to an undulating green that is sloped toward the lake. There are four sets of tee boxes on the golf course for many different options, but the Sundance Golf Club also offers a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Good Round for Cart Path Only
Club just opened up after 2 week over-seed maintenance period. Design of course allowed for very reasonable walking from the cart paths to the ball. Fairways in great condition and greens are coming back nicely.
Car path only after reseeding was 5 hrs round greens a bit choppy fairways nice and green
Good mid-level course
They didnt have enough carts so there was a 1/2 hour delay teeing off. It was also cart path only so a little longer than normal but pace of pay wasnt bad under those circumstances. A pretty good bargain in this part of the world. Still no restaurant, which would really be nice to have

5 Hour round
Usually have a good time here but tough one today.. tee time was an hour late, cart path only, Ranger could care less and they ran out of golf carts. Round took 5 hours... Wouldn't recommend going right now...
Great round, as always
Overall the course was in good condition considering they just completed overseeding. They only negative to this course is the restaurant remains closed. If they would open it back up this would be “my course”. I play it a couple of times per month but I would play a couple of times a week if they had a restaurant/bar.

Nice course, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Yardage to green could be marked a little more clearly on many holes.
First time on course, very challenging and loved the greens.

really enjoy sundance, fun layout, even though there were setting up for reseeding course was ok, greens were in great shape, im going to play sundance often
I’ll be back.
I will come back when the weather is cooler. I absolutely love this style of golf where you dont automatically hit driver off the tee. The greens are undulating and challenging if you’re not close to the pin. People working there are amazing. Great vibe from other players also. Looking forward to playing here often. May make it my home course since I moved out west.
Absurd pin placements
Ever pin was within 10 feet of the fringe - hey - not everyone is a scratch golfer.
Nice course, slow play
A nice course for both my wife and I. Greens and fairways were in excellent condition. Can't beat the price. Unfortunately it was a 5 hour round and no marshall to be seen.
Still the best value in the West Valley
Pace of play was great. Course is in admirable condition for end of summer. Course layout is challenging. They really do a nice job. I’d ask they replace the range balls. $12 for a large bucket is too much, especially for the condition of the Mis-matched array.
